Undergoing Reno’s so some noise. Shuttle to and from downtown was amazing!! Rooms were clean and comfortable but walls a bit thin. We use earplugs so no big deal. Breakfast was included and well stocked

I liked how close it was to downtown Nashville and Nissan Stadium. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The pool was warm.

The property is fine, the only problem is they are doing construction inside the hotel, one day our electricity was shut down from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and if you wanted to go out you had to take the stairs (we were on the 7th floor). Also on our last day there our room was not cleaned, beds not made, used towels still in the bathroom, no clean towels given and also trash not taken out.

It’s not a bad hotel, but there is so much construction that the lobby/dining areas look dirty and are noisy. Current construction was not listed on the website. The pool also was not accessible due to the Health Department Codes. This was not listed in the website and was never once told to us by staff at check in. One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was for the pool. Staff is not overly friendly and isn’t very helpful. They told me I couldn’t use cash to pay for a $20 parking pass for their facility. Instead they want to charge it to my card even though I have already paid for the booking before traveling here. Very disappointed in not a whole lot being around the hotel except for warehouse buildings and scummy abandoned parking lots.

The property was being renovated during our stay, which was fine. The supervisor for housekeeping on the 8th floor ent above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The shuttle driver was wonderful! However, the dust in the room aggravated my husbands’ allergies. The room we were in hadn’t been renovated yet, and there was electrical tape holding the cord to the air conditioner together. Finally, we had to cancel our third night due to a family emergency. The clerk at the front desk assured us that he would approve a refund of that night through Expedia. However, he didn't respond to Expedia for several days then didn’t approve our refund. This was very disappointing.

Hotel was clean aside from construction debris. However, we were traveling with a 6 year old. Our intentions were to hit Broadway early day and spend time at the pool for the kid. There was absolutely no communication about pool closures. The option was to shuttle to a motel pool (gross) and then shuttle back. The shuttles never came when requested and we ended up having to pay for a 'Lyft'. The pool situation was a complete deal breaker for my family. Aside from that, management acted like everything was a joke when complaints were made, there was no hot water and the breakfast sucked. I would like to leave a raving review for our bartender Jordan. He was the best part of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I return. It is close to the strip and well priced but to not have a pool with a bad backup plan is not ok. There were many families who had the same intentions that shared the same frustration with us. In fact, many times the manager prioritized Broadway shuttles over pool shuttles.

Pool was out, not the end of the world, but when presented with an option they decided to choose complete lack of customer service. I’m not one to bicker, but avoid the place like the plague, or call ahead to ask about noisy building construction, or if the pool is even open. Also, they don’t mention the 20$ charge for parking. Could have gone anywhere else and should have. Paper thin blankets, noisy thin walls, tv didn’t work. Complete dump. Avoid avoid avoid!

We picked this hotel for the restaurant and pool and were never informed that there was renovations being done on both. We waited the first evening for well over an hour to get something to eat from the bar. There is no where close by to get food as well. Really really unimpressed.

Clean room, comfortable bed. We didn’t have hot water which was disappointing.Staff was very nice. The shuttle to downtown is convenient. Not sure why they charge for parking there. The area around hotel is aweful. We left before we could eat breakfast.

Hotel was very clean even though they had construction going on. We loved the free hotel shuttle to Broadway and really appreciated Kevin and all he did for us! Enjoyed the bartender too! Thank you , we will be back!!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was construction going on which they apologized for, but it didn’t affect our stay. The free shuttle service to downtown Nashville was a huge asset.

Great stay in newly remodeled Clarion. Loved the breakfast and shuttle service to and from Broadway! Very friendly staff. Clean property. We felt safe staying here. Will definitely stay there again.

Was never made aware the place was renovating. Made it dirty. And the banging when trying to rest is inconvenient. Also, to charge $20 per day to park in addition to the high rate is obserd. I wont return.
