Nice place
Everything was as described. Very nice neighborhood. Good communication with host. It will probably be difficult to do, but the noise from the air conditioner needs to be muffled better. It was difficult having conversations downstairs.

Wonderful stay!
We came to town for a Vanderbilt football game and the location was perfect! The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating, the apartment was updated and clean, and the neighborhood was great for shopping and eating. Would highly recommend!

The manager was very kind to let us check in early. She was easy to contact as well. There are a couple things that can be upgraded like the shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom. It has too much pressure and sprays water everywhere. It also gets very hot upstairs so anyone that needs a cold room to sleep will have trouble. Overall stay was good.

LOCATION!!
What a great week! We were in Nashville for our son's baseball camp at Vanderbilt. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the sports fields, great neighborhood with lots of cute shops and good restaurants. Located very close proximity to Belmont also.

Stayed for son’s local ball tourney
Nice location and property, and very clean. The apartment is small but is definitely better than squeezing our party of 4 into a hotel room. It was nice to have a family room to lounge in and two king beds were much better than two doubles in hotel room (plus washer/dryer for laundry). Great location to walk to restaurants for dinner and breakfast, and amazing local once cream shop just steps away (we frequented each evening!).

Had a great stay, the townhouse was perfect for my stay. Had a very last minute request, and the host was super fast on communication and accommodating my request! Place was clean, nice furnishings, and loved the 2 bedrooms with 2 comfy king beds. Perfect location to Hillsboro Village, loved the convenience to walking everywhere. Thank you again for the great hospitality!

The property had a very nice layout, although smaller than the pictures looked. It was in a good location and walking distance from shops and restaurants. It was clean and a fairly quite location with the exception of the last morning when there was hammering and construction noises going on. The railing on the top of the outdoor stairs was loose and potentially dangerous. It was very comfortable but could have been better with a full length mirror, more towels, towel bars, and/or hooks, hangers, some drawers in the bedrooms and storage shelves in downstairs bathroom.

Everything We Needed
This condo was the perfect place for my husband and myself to stay. We were not there for a pleasure vacation. Our son was having open heart surgery at the St. Thomas hospital and this condo was only 10 minutes from the hospital. It was comfortable and met all our needs during a very stressful time.

We were busy and didn’t get to stay in the property much, but it was clean and the location is great. We lived in Hillsboro Village years ago and it was great to return. Lots of stairs! Not an issue for us, but something to keep in mind if someone if your party has mobility challenges.

Great location-Great condo
Loved the location, short walking distance to great shops & restaurants. The condo is really nice, beds are comfy, it's really clean, great WIFI, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen, really quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. However, there are two flights of old stairs leading to front door (I was unaware & had my 90 yr old mom with us). Also, there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms, 1 roll of papertowels and no extra kitchen trash bags. Also dirty old towels were left in the closet. But overall, very nice place!

Better than a hotel!
Had everything we needed and a great location close to Belmont University. I would book again. Small note - would love if the bed frame was not on wheels. My husband is a big guy and the bed moved when he moved. Also, a night stand on both sides of the beds would be really helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great, Functional Condo in an Ideal Location!
We stayed here over spring break and we really enjoyed the condo! It’s a tastefully decorated, super functional space that had a few thoughtful touches included to make us feel welcome! The location was fantastic- quiet/comfortable neighborhood, off-street parking, easy access to downtown, with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance! We had initially planned to visit over Labor Day, but we had to cancel our plans last minute. Molly was incredibly understanding, and we appreciated the accommodations she made by allowing us to switch our dates!

I wanted to give a 5 star but some things need improvement for that. We travel alot and know 5 stars.. The location is excellent for visiting college students or Nashville in general. Difficulty with stairs? Bypass this listing. Two flights outside to access condo; two more flights inside to access bedrooms. Outside steps are a bit loose and I would not call them safe particularly if it’s wet or snowing (like it did during our visit). They are painted and nailed with some nails lifting: paint makes them slippery lifting nails make them wobbly. Some maintenance is needed. Entry is very easy with code. Parking is good. The space is very compact. Large sectional provides max seating for ~5 people and kitchen has 4 very close seats at counter. The kitchen is where the rental loses points. People who don’t plan to cook will find the space adequate, but people who plan to eat in and then go out have the bare minimums. Frying pans are old scratched up nonstick. Not only ugly but dangerous with the peeling nonstick coating! There is one large pot, one medium & one smaller saucepan one with broken handle, a couple of smaller cake pans, and one glass baking dish. No colander (for the most popular and easy vacation dish-pasta). The cooking utensils are all cheap plastic. Better pans/utensils would be definite plus. We were there for my husband’s birthday to spend it with our son and daughter who live there. I borrowed a stainless frying pan from my son to cook breakfast and improvised with a hand grater as a strainer/colander. Whipped things were done with a spoon. Everything I cooked was made in medium saucepan and transferred to oven dish to finish cooking. Not enough pots to make meat dish and veggies. There are enough plates for a single meal plus serving, but no real serving dishes. One single large bowl is only serving dish. The bedrooms are fine. The fan didn’t work in one. They had a floor fan to use which we did. The beds were comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner provided although we brought out own but that’s a nice touch. There were limited towels-two sets for each bedroom. The stairs leading to bedrooms are a bit slippery so use caution. The final word I would say is that there needs to be hvac operation instructions. We like a space to be cooler even in winter. We figured it out but the Nest must have been on timer because it would always reset back to higher heat temp. Instruction would be very helpful. Decent spot with limitations- 4 stars

Will Stay here again!
Such a great property and location. This was thr perfect spot for 2 couples spending the weekend together in Nashville. It was everything we needed. Love having great little spots to each just around the corner, and was just a short Uber drive to everything else. If you want to be close but away from all the noise, this is the perfect house!

We stayed at the property while my daughter had surgery. Very close and convenient to the hospital. The problems we had was cleanliness. When we arrived, the condo was clearly not cleaned. Bedding, floors and tubs were dirty. I emailed the owner she offered to rectify by sending cleaning service but I declined. I had my dogs with me and I was afraid they would let them out. The owner was clearly appalled the fact the condo was cleaned. Hopefully this will be rectified. This would not hinder me from staying there again as the owner was very proactive in her attempts to rectify the situation.

Great location with nice renovations!
Great location as we could walk to the Hillsboro neighborhood shops and eateries and were still close to downtown. All the furnishings and appliances were very nice. I was visiting my daughter and was there with my husband and in-laws for a long weekend. Communication with the owner was very prompt, but we did have to ask for the Wifi PW. The king size beds and sinks and large closets in both bedrooms were fantastic, with the only drawback being that the shared shower/toilet area only had pocket doors separating it from both bedrooms, so when in the bedroom, you could hear everything in the bathroom. The HVAC was very loud, mostly noticeable when sitting on the couch. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay!

Amazing location, close but not on interstate
This home was perfect for us. My sister and I with our husbands stayed her 5 nights in August 2021. Upon our first glance we saw beautiful decor downstairs. Upstairs the rooms had only a bed and one extremely small nightstand. Which was fine for us because we like having the king bed. As we unpacked I noticed that the floors kept crunching. There are wood floors that I don’t think had been swept or cleaned for a long time. I found finger/toenail droppings belt the bed. Under the beds were awful as well. There wasn’t a broom anywhere for us to use. So we all wore our socks the whole time. The a/c unit is extremely loud in the living and kitchen area, but that’s not a huge deal. Overall we loved the location and layout of the facility.

I’ll start with the good. The location is great. It’s a short walk from a street with a lot of great options for food and drinks. It’s a short drive to Broadway and downtown also. The apartment is comfortable with a separate living room and kitchen and bathroom downstairs and 2 small bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and shower. Now a few cons. The air conditioning is SO LOUD! You can’t hear the TV and have to use subtitles and shout to be heard. That’s a bad combination with the very thin walls. We disturbed the neighbors the first night and the next day, we realized why, when we heard everything they said through the walls. Also, a welcome book with instructions would have been nice with wifi instructions, where to find trash bags, the iron, extra linens, etc. But the reason I’m giving the lowest review I’ve ever made for a property is my experience with the owner Molly. She started off by surprising us with a payment request for an additional pet fee on the day of our travel which was not mentioned in the property description or included up front in the quotes even though I described my small dog when booking the property. I had no choice but to pay that so late in the process. After our stay, I was surprised with another payment request for even more money accompanied by a message “damage on trim from dog” and a single poorly lit picture of a window frame missing a chip out of a corner. We told her our dog hasn’t chewed anything other than her toys since she was a puppy 10 years ago and we had her crated when we weren’t in the same room. We’ve stayed in dozens of places through vrbo, many of them with our dog and never had any damage attributed to us before. She said she wasn’t sure on the total cost of the repair yet but would “let me know” so it sounds like she might come back for more. When we asked for a couple of other pictures at different angles so we could tell what room it was and if it was even in the apartment, we never heard anything back from her. Seems like most people haven’t had bad experiences dealing with Molly so I’m not sure if this was an exception but I encourage you to do your own research. It definitely put a damper on what otherwise would have been a nice property and a nice trip.

Property manager was considerate and easy to communicate with. Property was clean with LOTS of natural light. HVAC was quite loud, but as long as you aren’t watching tv you can usually forget about it.

Perfect Location, Great Condo
The condo was very comfortable, all we needed. Location is perfect. It is in walking distance from restaurants, movie theater and live music. We were in town to celebrate the 4th and my birthday with my daughter. She lives a half a block away from the condo. We will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was incredible. Definitely a major plus. Thanks Molly for sharing your place with us. Hope to stay for our next visit.
