The service by the front desk was incredible. They were very professional and very helpful. I didn’t like how dirty the parking lot was both days that I stayed at this location. Our room was a tad beat up. There was a huge burn mark in the middle of the room where it seems an iron was left on. The cabinetry around the fridge was chewed up. Overall pleased with our service and disappointed by the appearance.

The room was very clean, breakfast was generous, and the pool was great for the kids. My older boys were happy with the gym facilities as well. We needed a few extra bath towels and were able to get them very quickly. We would definitely stay again!

This hotel really needs an update! The room smelled bad when we arrived and it's so dark and outdated. There was major mildew in the shower and rust in the bottom of the tub, I assume from the tub being cast iron. The mattress was horrible and woke up with back pain. The perks: Convenient location, very friendly staff, great free breakfast, nice indoor pool. Overall this hotel is not worth the price they are asking per night.

This used to be one of our favorite places to stay. The breakfast is awesome and Jeff and Justin in the bar are the best. But the condition of the hotel has really gone down hill. My door appeared to have been broken into, as there was damage and the dead bolt screws were loose. The tub had a thin inner liner shape, it’s a little uneven to stand in and not all the water ran to the drain, some pooled in the center of the tub and had brown flakes floating in it. We may give it one more shot, but Franklin is a nice area with lots of nice places.

My husband and I took our children here for 1 night for a quick trip during during break. The main reason for picking this hotel is because it has an indoor pool. Check in was easy and the room was spacious, clean, and smelled good until we went in the bathroom. The toilet had not been properly cleaned and had stains. The tub also had big globs of hair in it. The pool was also closed due to maintenance which irked me because that was the main reason for picking the hotel. It eventually opened later on that night, so that made us very happy. The hotel has a lot of restaurants in the area and the space in the room was really good, tv in the bedroom and tv in the sitting area. Overall we wnjoyed our stay and would come back.

My family stayed 6 days and 5 nights and had our room.cleaned only once after requesting for a clean daily. We were given large garbage bags to empty our trash to leave in front of our door and to leave the dirty towels in front of the door; although the room was scheduled to be cleaned. Overall it was the cleanliness that was the disappointment.

The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper and a personal item went right down the drain. The toilet would also bubble and boil in the middle of the night for no reason. The hot water took quite a while to get hot, but was fine once it did. Breakfast was amazing as always as we prefer the fresh omelettes. However, the pancakes were rubbery, thin, and not good at all. It wasn't too far from restaurants and shopping if you are there to do that as well. The conditioner was nearly empty. Staff was very friendly and courteous though.

One thing that was unique; was the service provided by everyone. The check in was great, checking out was great, the bartender was great, and even everyone that assisted with breakfast were all smiles and more than willing to help with anything. It’s rare that employees in ALL phases of a hotel are so helpful and nice. One thing I would have liked is a late check out, but I was denied and told they couldn’t give me one. I accepted it because even the young lady on the call was polite about it and not rude. This was a great experience!

There was an event for a private group on Christmas Eve that was loud until 1:00 am. I have stayed at the facility in the past around Christmas; however, this year they made it clear that they were charging for parking which was unacceptable. There is nothing else near the hotel that would cause others to use the parking and there was no need to charge people staying at the hotel to pay to park there in addition to cost of the room. This will prevent me from staying there in the future.

Ok - bad breakfast experience.
Hotel is nice. We generally look for Embassy Suites and enjoy the larger room space. The breakfast options were subpar. The serving staff was overwhelmed and as a result many of the basic breakfast items were lacking for more than 30mins (scrambled eggs for instance). Omelette station was 15-20 deep at the same time - we just left and got breakfast elsewhere but disappointing since it was included in the price. Meats (sausage and bacon) were managed by the Omelette station guy who was overwhelmed. A mess.
