The property was exactly as advertised, clean, well appointed, comfy beds, ample linens, etc. The code we were given by Vacasa did not work. Luckily the owner, Jordan, was on site and used his code to let us in. We had a rather lengthy back and forth with Vacasa to get a new code for entering the unit, but after several different codes we were able to get in the unit without Jordan's help.
Now let me tell you about Jordan. We got our rental van stuck in his driveway shortly after we arrived. My husband could not move the van forwards or backwards as the tires on the van were over a railroad tie barrier. Jordan immediately came to help, trying all sorts of ways to get us unstuck. It was humid and late afternoon but he persevered. We eventually had to call a tow truck to get us unstuck but Jordan was kind, patient, and non-judgemental. He then helped us unclog the icemaker and reconnected the TV which was somehow disconnected by the previous guests. These were things that Vacasa was responsible for, had we called them about, but Jordan was more than gracious in helping out.
In short, beautiful property on the river with an incredibly kind host. We would come back in a heartbeat.
