Fantastic Home for a Group Visit to Nashville
Girl's trip to see Morgan Wallen concert and explore the city. House was perfect for our group of six. Lots of room and very comfortable, clean home with extras. Kitchen is well stocked and toiletries provided in all bathrooms. All bedrooms are very comfortable and offer lots of storage plus charging stations on the night tables. The roof top is amazing, although we had some rain so were unable to utilize it as much as we hoped. The upper lounge area off the roof top is another fabulous spot to chill after a long day of wandering the city. The house is a short Uber ride to Broadway (10 min) and walkable (35 min). There are also a number of restaurant options in the area that are walkable. The host provides an awesome guide book filled with restaurant and activity information. Jenni is a wonderful host and answered all questions promptly. Everyone is our group loved the home and were very impressed. The home shows better in person. We would highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend!
There was a large group of us that stayed in this home for a quick trip to Nashville. We could not be happier with it! They were super easy to work with and were very flexible with our schedules. They were able to allow us an early check in, as well as a late check out due to our flight times. House was beautiful, and very clean and had everything we needed within. Was close enough to Gulch area, as well as Downtown Nashville with just a quick Uber ride. Highly recommend this property!

We had the best time, and this house was a great location and so nice. It had everything we needed, and even a few more kitchen items (coffee pods) for us! Wonderful owners that communicated right away with me anytime I had a question.

Perfect placement!
The property location was within a 10 min drive from most of Nashville's major attractions. Accommodations were pretty close to perfect for me and my 3 brothers for our reunion vacation. Very well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, large high res TVs, wonderful outdoor space and very peaceful, secure neighborhood. We loved it! This property we'll be at the top of our list for all return visits!

Really nice and clean VRBO
Used The Gulch South as our homebase for 3 nights ( 3 couples) mostly for music on Broadway. Plenty of space, very clean (most important), close to downtown, plenty of parking, great air conditioning, everything we needed in the home. While it’s walkable to Broadway, a $12 Uber ride each way was clearly the best choice! Sun—Wed stay provided enough people visiting to create a good atmosphere on Broadway without it being over crowded. Overall, I highly recommend this location!! You won’t be disappointed.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place. My friends and I stayed here and had a fabulous time celebrating our 50th birthdays. Everything we needed was easy to find and places to go were easy to get to. The garage was tricky to find with no house number but once we found it, we’re able to help the others understand where to go. Loved being only a few blocks away from the downtown area was great, made things easy since no one had been to Nashville before. The group stated we will return and want to go back and stay here again.

This house was amazing. The location is great. We were able to walk to some of our points of interest. We were a group of 5 ladies on a girls trip and we were all amazed with the house and the location. I use VRBO a lot and this one was the best yet. The rooftop patio was so cool and very comfortable. It is obvious the owner has great pride of ownership of this property. Look no further.. this house WILL NOT disappoint. Wish I could give 10 star rating.

Perfect House for a Girls Trip
The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and felt more spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was well stocked with the essentials. We ended up with only four people after a few could not make the trip, but 6 people could co-exist easily. Definitely recommend this as a base for experiencing Nashville.

Great place!
David was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions.. The place was nice and well equipped within walking distance to the Gulch. Had elderly parents with us so didn’t walk the little over 1 mile to Broadway, but an easy Uber/Lyft ride away.

Girls get a way
What a great location and property for six women to share for a four day get away! The house is perfect for walking to the gulch as well as down to Broadway and Uber ing short distances was also a piece of cake ! Definitely will bev back !! Just returned from a 3 night stay in Nashville and had a great time at this home! Decorated beautifully, clean and had all the amenities we needed! David was quick to respond to all questions. Location is great, quiet and a quick uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber to or from anywhere! Would stay here again without question!

Old Coworker get together trip
The property was very nice. Very clean and nicely decorated. It has a lot of stairs so we definitely got our steps in! It was a great location. We could walk to the Gulch area and in nice weather even to downtown. The rooftop deck was very nice. I wish we could’ve spent more time up there! It was the first time to Nashville for most of us and we had a wonderful time!

Excellent Townhouse near the gulch - perfect for six of us!
The townhouse was perfect for our weeklong vacation to Nashville! We were (3) couples in our mid-fifties and thankfully all are physically fit (since there are lots of stairs). Location is terrific and the house was very well equipped. Comfortable beds and lots of space for all. An excellent choice.

Ample, clean and modernized
The accommodations were excellent! The owner was quick and nice at communication. The place was very clean except for the floors. You could see the dirt on bare feet or white socks. We did not express this to the owner. Very comfortable, great kitchen, great deck and upper loft for hanging out.
