Overall, Holiday Inn brand is much better than this property. We went by that, and it was not at all what we expected. The microwave in the room didn’t work, we asked for the replacement, and they said they didn’t have any. The cabinets would not close and the property overall could have been maintained better..

The staff was very helpful with a small repair. The beds were not as comfortable like other Holiday Inn's. It was difficult to find. A better map or written directions would help.

Beautiful hotel, friendly service. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable beds and the free breakfast was delicious. Definitely a 10. Thank you and we will stay again when passing through. Highly recommend.

Front desk person was helpful. I asked for a room change, and he was very helpful in making this happen. Rethinking breakfast hours might be a good idea. There were at least a dozen people hanging around at 6 a.m. waiting for breakfast that didn’t start until 6:30. None of these people seemed to be together so that could have been 12 different travelers who were ready to start their day but had to wait for breakfast. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.
