It was dirty and the washer the fitness room nor the pool worked nothing in properly works bad odor flees and I got bit in place when I said I wanted to be compensated they was rude and manager was arguing back with customers I think for the money I paid I think I should get compensated at least half of my money back I would not recommend no one to this dirty hotel there is no suites so that's a lie animals in property and lots of people were. Complaining and I think OSHA needs to investigate I still haven't received my 50$ they took which they said that my money would be on my credit by tonight need answers will be contacting my lawyer because I'm a senior and I got bit in the dirty hotel there complementary breakfast the employee don't use gloves and they put pork beef and turkey in same pan that unsanitary need something done

Unfortunately, the internet was down so the check in process took a lot of time. Out of your control, but still sucked. We get into the room and it smells like someone sprayed a can full of axe to cover up some other smell. The balcony door was ajar and didn’t lock, the carpet was disgusting and so was the hallway. I was so disappointed that we ended up staying at another hotel down the road a bit. For the same price we got a much better room experience. Unfortunately, that meant we had to pay for 2 rooms since we couldn’t get our money back.

The hotel was great but I was charged on my debit card for 5 nights when i only staying and prepaid for two. Supposedly when i checked in the internet was down and could not charge my card so i was told to come back down stairs the next morning to complete the computer aspect of the checkin process. So I did. Well, when it was checkout time on Sunday my card had benn charged for a total of 5 nights and we only stayed the weekend. They said it would be refunded but that has yet to happen and WHY would you charge my card for 5 nights anyway??????! This was so unprofessional and legal action will be taken.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the red stain that is clearly not blood. Upon me cleaning, we know blood turns brown however this stain will not budge. Also the company was here to fix the water issue and trying best as possible. Letting management know would have been great as I would have moved you to another room and also lowered your rate for the inconvenience of your stay! Said they were putting a “hold” on my credit card but that’s not true. They actually charge your card and you wait 2 weeks to get it returned and they only did it after I threatened to place charge back on the entire bill as I was fraudulently charged.

I do apologize you feel this way. No one at this property done anything fraudulent. You have to realize that when money is returned, it's up to your bank to release those funds. I'm pretty sure no one here would want to face jail time dealing with a guests cc card. Upon looking at your reservation funds were released. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly. First rooms keys nor the tv worked. Moved us to a different room and it was really noisy with traffic. The tub has a constant stream of water coming out. Not a dribble. Between a hat and the traffic, I don’t think we would be back at this location. It’s clean but needs a LOT ofmaintence and updated.

Terrible facility overall! My room was dirty with trash from the previous party. The corridor area smelled like dog piss, weed and ammonia. There were blood like stains all over and the water in the tube wouldn’t shut off. The staff were very professional and friendly in light of the situation. I will never stay their again when I travel to Nashville.

I booked this for a friend of mine who needed a place to stay for the night due to horrible road conditions. When he called them, they kept stating to him that the itinerary number was fake, then proceeded to hang up the phone on him. They also said they didnt provide airport shuttles when that was the one filter i put in. So now im out on the poimts i used.

I booked this for my mom, mid70s, who was traveling alone and got stranded during an unexpected connection in the nashville airport during the winter freeze. Was a bit nervous given all the negative reviews but it was evening and all hotels near the airport were booked. Pleasantly surprised, Mom said she didn’t have a single complaint. Staff was very courteous at night and in the morning. The room was clean and all was as expected. Bedding was fine and there were no odors (per another review read). Giving it 3 stars because the shuttle was not running on arrival so had exorbitant Uber fee during storm (and just happy to get one!). Shuttle was supposed to take her back to airport at 6:30am but cancelled. Did appreciate that they called at 3am to let her know so that she could make arrangements early. She said breakfast was out early and she was able to grab a muffin on the run!

The hotel is 100% non smoking they say, immediately you smell cigarettes and marijuana there’s stains on the carpet everywhere in the hallways and in the room my kids thought someone was murdered there. In one night I had to have the key card reset 4 times. The pillows are like flat pancakes not comfortable at all- I wish I would have taken photos.

okay but wouldnt recommend
it was a nice hotel and our room wasn't bad but we probably won't stay here again considering they added a $24 charge to our deposit. they also wouldnt refund me my money back and had to call my bank to dispute it.

The deposit is released upon check out. It takes from 5-14 days depending on the financial faciality you have.

I've never felt more unsafe at a hotel than this one. Someone was walking up and down the hallway all night, repeatedly knocking on my door. I called the front desk for help and got no response or help from them. I checked out early in the morning and got out of there as quickly as I could.

Manager was extremely helpful in changing rooms when TV didn't work. Breakfast was very good- with wide range of options from eggs and sausages to waffles.
