Fantastische locatie! 15 minuten naar het vliegveld, 15-20 minuten naar de meeste bezienswaardigheden!

Onberispelijk schoon. eengezinswoning, open plattegrond, gelegen in een mooie, goed onderhouden en veilige buurt. Deze woning beschikt over: Interieur ingericht, grote woonkamer, volume plafonds. Volledig ingerichte keuken, dicht bij winkels en restaurants, stoep-buurt, gratis parkeren

Dit huis is gelegen tussen de bomen aan een rustige doodlopende weg met zeer rustige buren. Het ligt op slechts enkele minuten van Downtown Nashville en de meeste amusements- en sportlocaties, evenals de universiteiten.

Master suite
De master suite op de begane grond heeft een luxe kingsize bed met pillow-top, een grote aparte kleedruimte, een groot tuinkuipje en een extra kamer met een combinatie van toilet en wastafel. Enorme inloopkast, voorzien van airconditioning / verwarming.

Woonkamer heeft een comfortabele zitplaatsen en is smaakvol ingericht in blauw en taupe's. Tall 20 'plafonds met een ventilator geeft u een open luchtig gevoel. Open haard en een grote HD flatscreen-tv met gratis gebruik van gezinsvriendelijke video's en gratis WI-FI.

Grote keuken met eet-in gebied. Volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt om een volledige maaltijd te bereiden. Met extra zitplaatsen indien nodig.

Boven:
Twee ruime slaapkamers met queensize bedden, comfortabele en mooie afspraken en een complete badkamer met bad / douche-combinatie.

Een rustig, mooi achterdek om te genieten van de avond met vrienden en familie.

Het huis is gelegen in een zeer mooie, handige buurt. Toen ik het huis binnenliep, overtrof de accommodaties mijn verwachtingen! Het huis is prachtig ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ik zal het huis zeker nog een keer huren als ik terug ga naar Nashville. De huiseigenaren zeer beschikbaar toen ik belde en me hielp met de wifi-verbinding. Bedankt Lee en Jack voor je gastvrijheid en aandacht.

Ik wil graag van deze gelegenheid gebruik maken om onze waardering te uiten voor een geweldig verblijf in Jack en Lee's Brenton House in Goodlettsville, TN. Jack en Lee zijn zo een genot. Alle vragen die ik had werden onmiddellijk via e-mail of telefoon geadresseerd. Jack en Lee gaven informatie over dingen om te zien en waar te eten. Het huis is brandschoon en de bedden zijn zo comfortabel. Het huis ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten van Nashville, die perfect was, en de locatie is erg mooi en veilig. Het was zo leuk om een "thuis" te hebben om terug te komen na een dag touren in Nashville. Het was perfect voor mijn 85-jarige moeder. Heel erg bedankt dat je ons in je mooie huis hebt laten wonen.

Jack & Lee were very helpful and polite! They have a wonderful document that lists all kinds of helpful links and suggestions - be sure to ask for it just in case it might help.The home was in a quiet yet easily accessible place just north of Nashville with easy access to interstate, US highways, main thoroughfares, etc.Be sure to call the owners with questions (better to call live than VRBO message or text); they'll answer your questions right away when you connect with them on the phone.

My husband and I, my sister and her husband and my father all stayed here for a family wedding over the weekend. The house had everything we needed for our short stay. Convenient access to both downtown Nashville and the wedding venue. The house was clean outside of the large amount of dust on the short wall in the living room. The only issue we had was when we were getting ready for the wedding. The bathroom fuses both upstairs and downstairs blew. The entire upstairs bathroom became useless because the lights wouldn’t turn on. I called both homeowners and left voicemails. I text both homeowners as well. I did not hear back for 30 minutes and even then the issue remained unresolved for the remainder of our stay because the homeowners were out of town and the fuse box was in the garage behind locked doors we could not get access to. It was manageable and we worked it out for the rest of our stay, borrowing bathrooms and using random rooms to get ready but it was frustrating to not be able to resolve the issue.

Absolutely loved our house in Goodlettsville. Drinking coffee and sitting on the front porch. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood was so peaceful. The trip into Nashville was only about 20 minutes. The city was awesome to visit but happy to return to our peaceful haven nightly.

The home was as described. We appreciated coming home to a quiet house after visiting Nashville. We enjoyed hanging out as a family in comfortable surroundings. We contacted host Lenore when we had trouble with the front door lock, then later realized it was it was our fault. We didn’t understand the instructions. Host Jack came into the house prior to the 10am check out- which was a little creepy.

House was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have access to the garage as we had hoped and the owner knocked on the door multiple days of our stay, which we weren't expecting. Good location near Nashville.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and the initial booking was for 4 adults. Closer to our arrival date, another couple asked if they could join us at the house. Didnt seem to be an issue because there was an extra bedroom. About a week from our check i , the hosts asked if there were any changes to the original booking I let them know we had another couple joining us. Thats when they imformed me, there would be an additional guest fee of $120.00. We were shocked. There was an extra bedroom, not being used. No where on the listing did it state any additional fees over 4 people. Long story short, they refunded the money only because our friends changed their minds and didnt stay at the house. Second issue was the long list of check out rules. including taking out the trash, unloading the dishwaher and putting dishes away. For $165.00 cleaning fee, the guests should not have to do these chores. We are on vacation. My husband and I have a vacation rental on this platform and we dont expect our guests to do any of these things.

Me and some other were in town for a conference. The location of the home was precisely between the two alternating event locations and made it convenient in that regard. The home was clean and comfortable. Jack’s communication was great and he even called a few days before the trip to see if we had any questions before arriving and to make sure we knew he was available for questions s and any issues that might pop up, of which there were none. The house was central to our travels throughout Tennesse. We drove to Memphis and to the Smoky mountains for day trips. It was nice to come back to home base. House is comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It is 15-20 minutes away from most tourist locations such as the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry.

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house had everything we needed, very clean and cute. The location was perfect, close to tons of shopping and eating places. This place felt like home away from home. We wanted proximity to all Nashville had to offer without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It felt like we were 10 minutes from everything, but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating I felt like we were old friends. I would definitely recommend this home and if we return to Nashville, this will be the first place I will consider.
