Nashville/Eclipse Trip
We stayed on the condo during the first week of April. The condo is in a great location on the Cumberland River. We were very entertained by the train crossings and especially when the bridge turned to let a boat pass through. We drove from Nashville to Paducah, KY on Monday Apr 8th to be in the total eclipse. It was a great trip overall.

Weekend Getaway
The property was nice; beds very comfy. If you don't love technology; it can be a struggle here. Code for the garage, different code for the elevator and yet another code for the door lock. I understand the need for numerous codes but it wasn't easy. No one mentioned that after the code was put into the door lock, it still needed a turn of the switch to complete the locking process. I'm guessing our door was left unlocked the whole weekend as we didn't discover this until we left. I suppose we are old school but the next VRBO we traveled to from Nashville sent paperwork with all of the info printed. They had a direct phone number should we have issues vs call an 866#. They texted me right after we checked in to be sure everything was great. It all worked but this wasn't as easy and seamless as I had hoped. I prefer better communication.

Great location - cute & clean apartment!
Stayed with my girlfriends for a fabulous weekend in Nashville. Great location on the river, walking distance to Broadway, the market, etc. Apartment was really nice, good amenities, and safe. Note the second queen bed is the sofa in the living room. One garage spot assigned, but visitor spots available.

Great condo on the river
We loved the view of the river and the layout of this place. Nice kitchen and balcony. The location was perfect, close to Broadway and great restaurants in Germantown. There is a train that goes by regularly, but it isn't too loud and I personally love the sound of trains.

Nice location, good for couples stay
Cute condo in good location, just the right size for two couples. Our only complaints was the cleanliness of the place. It looked as if cleaning crew had not been through before we came. Additionally, the building has a door code lock system which changes every day which was annoying.

Came to Nashville for the weekend with some friends. Check in was easy and the unit was very clean. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown.

A nice modern condo
A very nice modern condo overlooking the river. Great views and a short 15 minute walk to all of action on Broadway. A very safe and desirable neighborhood (a lot of new construction nearby). Would definitely stay there again.

Great long Weekend
Very nice condo. Beautiful View from our 4th floor rental of the River! A short walk to the South to Lower Broadway and a short walk to the North to other Restaurants and Bars! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view
The view over the river was absolutely gorgeous. The patio was the star of the show. Pretty nice. The front bedroom oddly did not have a wall that went to the ceiling. That felt about little weird because you could talk over the wall to anyone in the kitchen/living room. Had a problem with our team and it was not resolved. The process of going through vacasa with the process was a bit annoying. All in all a pretty nice place.

Sheets and towels should be upgraded to hotel quality. Sheets were very rough. Rugs very worn. A few coffee pods would be nice. Magazines, local menues or other local reading materials would be nice. Games. Cards. Was not very personable. Cutout in back bedroom to kitchen needs a shade. Morning light woke us up

On the River....
Was a bit concerned as we first pulled up at night, in this "industrial" area....however, we pleasantly surprised in the morning.....a great 3/4 mile walk into the heart of Nashville....just far enough away for exercise and out of the craziness. Clean, loved the balcony on the river. Spacious for two couples. Would definitely go back and stay again. Once the construction dies down around it, it will be a perfect place!

Nice property
The condo was very nice! The lack of a working elevator was hard for getting all of our things upstairs and the bed in the front bedroom was very wobbly, but otherwise our visit was very pleasant. We liked the location for getting around and will most likely stay in the area again.

Close to downtown so easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Security locks a bit tricky, but were fine once we downloaded the Latch app. Very clean and comfortable space. The picture window overlooking the River kept us all entertained.

Miserable
I would love to give this more stars but the last 2 nights of our stay was miserable. We were notified before we checked in that there was a drip coming from the faucet in the master bathroom. They were going to send someone to fix it. We just shut the door and it was no problem. The next day they called and said they were coming to fix it while we were out for the day. When we returned at 11:30pm, there was still a drip and now a constant loud high pitched screeching noise coming from the faucet. You could hear it throughout the whole place. No one was able to sleep due to the noise. I notified the rental company right away the next morning. They said someone would contact us to get the issue resolved. No one called and it was not fixed. So we had another sleepless night. I will say the place was clean and the location was as described. But here is a opening in the wall in one of the bedrooms to the kitchen/livingroom area. Which makes its hard to sleep if someone is the kitchen/livingroom. The road the unit is located on is closed due to road construction, which makes it hard for uber/lyft drivers to find you. I understand that this is out of the owners control but it would have been nice to have had that communicated prior to checking in. We spent a lot of money for relaxing mini-vacation and unfortunately that did not happen. We still have not had anyone reach out to us to even try and rectify this situation. There are hundreds of other places to stay. I would look elsewhere!

Just a couple of things, it would have been nice to have a few bottles of water for when we arrived. There were no tissues in the place again would have been nice to have. Better explanation of how to enter with the key codes. Overall we did enjoy the stay . thank you.

A cute little condo with pretty river views and walk from downtown. Don’t try to check in early, they won’t let you! They did recommend a storage service. And that was helpful. Dumb lock system is a pain in a$$. Different codes for every entrance in the building. Other than that, place is cute decorated nice and fairly quiet. They had Hulu TV, Disney + and Netflix. Balcony was a nice place to relax after being out on broadway!

The property and home were great!!! A couple of things need to be addressed. The toilet seat was very loose. There were no curtains or blinds in the dining room. We did not know the sun came up at 5:15 am along with flashing lights across the river. Blinds or curtains to block the light at night and in the morning would make this the perfect place!!!
