This was an overall nice homeowner rental. We did however have a few minor inconveniences, the listing description could have been a bit better, and there were a few things we saw that could have been improved/updated in the units if they were shooting for 5 stars. But it is definitely worth a consideration especially for it location and homey feeling. It was very close to Opryland which was very convenient. And the owner was very responsive with communications so that helped knowing we could contact her with any issues that came up. So overall all we had a quick but fun few days and we appreciated her letting us stay in her home.

Super clean; great location

Thus property worked out great for my girlfriends and I. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and hadn’t been to Nashville before. The rooms were super clean and had all of the necessities. Beds were comfortable and towels were fresh and fluffy. Our host was super sweet and helpful. I would stay if I were to return to Nashville.

Great choice!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon for the beginning of the month and this was a great choice. The location was about 10 minutes from opry mills mall and 20 mins from broadway. The bed was big and comfortable and the house was divided into 2 different units. When we showed up, Larvetta had snacks and a bottle of wine for us for our honeymoon. There was 2 grocery stores by us and we used Uber and Lyft pretty much the whole time we were there. We will definitely be staying there again and she was a nice host.

Nice place!

This place worked perfectly for me, my boyfriend, my daughter and her friend. We had the separate spaces and Nashville Palace bar down the street was a fun line dancing place to celebrate my daughter's 21st bday!

We were warmly welcomed, and when we asked for me coffee Pods, the graciously provided them. We were a little disappointed in that we thought we'd be in a house and have access to each other's rooms inside, rather than having to go outside. We thought the description of the property could have been a little clearer. Otherwise, the stay was fine and met our needs.

Lovely place in a great location!

We truly the warm Southern hospitality of Ms. Larvette and he family! The two units were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient to the many attractions in Nashville, there is a great dog park across the street, and Ms. Larvette had good recommendations to make visiting easier. We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful host that accommodated our late flight. Very nice people. If I could change anything it would be some of the outlets in our area did not work very well and I would wake up and my phone wouldn’t be charged. Other than that it was a great experience and very nice location.

We were greeted outside and she explained if we needed anything to let her know. She was so kind. There was 2 separate spaces. This would be perfect for 2 couples traveling together. You can stay at the same place but have your own space. It was great for a group of friends too.

Quiet Retreat but close enough for City Life

We stayed Friday to Monday for New Years 2023. We were supposed to be there for NY2022 but my friends got Covid right before the stay and thankfully they allowed us to move the trip to the following year instead! The space is very accommodating as it has Split Units making it great for couples that have different sleep schedules and patterns. The room without the Kitchen is bigger and has the larger pull out sofa bed. There’s a ton of space in this room so if you have friends or couples that need less privacy since the bedroom is shared this will work out for you. The kitchen unit has a bedroom space with a door and the couch has a pull out trundle to make it a bed. It was a bit less comfortable to sleep on as an adult couple, but I made due since it allowed the us to have what we needed to hang out and meet our needs for our 3 couples comfort levels. I should note that me and my hubby are used to an air mattress in the living room if that’s what we got kinda thing. And we recently have slept in our Jeep on an air mattress camping as well. So I am not too worried about particular sleeping arrangements in a group as long as I have a spot to rest myself. Overall it was a great stay and the host Larvette was very helpful on arrival. The rooms had all we needed, extra towels and bedding. I would recommend adding maybe 2 flat sheets to cover the trundle couch since a fitted sheet is too small for the kitchen unit pull out bed. Also just some good dusting for the ceiling fans and the bathroom areas. I would be more than happy to stay again if the roads lead back to Nashville. This was my 3rd visit to town-1st stay in downtown hotel 2 block off Broadway, 2nd in vrbo apt near the record studios, and now closer to the opry. It was much quieter this stay than those before making resting easier to accomplish after nights out partying.

Perfect for Two Couples

We really enjoyed our stay here! Larvette was the sweetest host! I can see why she's had rave reviews. It was nice having her nearby if we had any questions. This is the perfect place to stay for two couples. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed! There were plenty of local restaurants less than 10 minutes away and downtown Nashville was about 20 minutes away. If we make this trip again, this will be the first place I'll look at for availability.
