Pre Check-In Security Deposit: All reservations are subject to a $350 Pre Check-In Security Deposit per unit for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no issues occur.
House Rules Violation Fee: A $700 fee may be charged if house rules are violated, including but not limited to smoking inside the unit, hosting unauthorized parties/events, bringing pets, or exceeding occupancy limits. Failure to comply may also result in the cancellation of your stay.
House Rules:
- No Smoking – Smoking inside the unit, common areas, or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.
- No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this unit.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM – Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down during these hours.
Guest Requirements: You must be 23 years of age or older to rent this property.
Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut smart home device is installed to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors.
As this is a multi-residence building, occasional noise from neighbors may occur. The owners and management work diligently to screen guests and discourage loud parties to maintain a respectful environment for everyone.
