When first walking into the lobby, the smell of I don't know what, was very unpleasant. Staff was friendly. Our room reeked of old stale cigarettes, carpet and walls were stained, as was the stuffed chair and ottoman. Bathroom was mostly clean, but walls were stained here as well. We went to breakfast at 9 am, there were no more eggs, coffee or sausage. This stay was a huge disappointment. Will not be staying here again.

By far one of the worst places i have ever stayed. For a ramada this is extremely disappointing!! The hotel was filthy! Stains all over. Cigarette burns in comforter. There was no turn down service. Horrible.

It smelled Old it was ugly the front desk man was very nice only plus to that. I didn’t stay I canceled my stay right there and then. Waiting on my refund. The area didn’t look safe. The place in general needs a whole lot of fixing. They had no elevator you had to up more than 25 flights of stairs very unsafe. I was super disappointed. It looked good in the App. Mostly smelled nasty and it gave me the chills.

We had a few bugs in the room not sure what kind. Sink took forever to drain any water. Shower didn’t drain well also. Standing in soapy water after 2 minutes of showering and finally drained about 5 minutes after shutting of the shower. Was not happy overall and would not book there again

Convenient to I-24. Clean but slightly old looking. No elevator for second floor. Staff was rather gruff but efficient. We had to unplug the fridge because of the noise. Not a bad room for cost though.

The phone on the nightstand did not work. The Fire Alarm had been pulled off the wall. When an extra pillow was asked for, it did not come and after 2 days asked for one at desk, was told, "there are no more pillows". Breakfast had a small variety of choices.

Very good place!
It was a great stay. Very welcoming entrance with a high-profile appearance. Very clean room. Dinning is well organized, clean, and almost complete variety for breakfast. Friendly staff. Only unfavorable things are: No fresh fruits (like bananas or oranges) at dinning for breakfast, and on second floor hall the smoke smell on carpet is "terrible". Overall, will stay again here.

Great parking typically for large/long rigs. Unfortunately the lack of snow clearance in the parking lot made the walk from the parking area to the door difficult for my 80 yr old Mother. Sidewalks werent even cleared.

Avoid at all cost!!
I would avoid this hotel at all cost unless you smoke and like roaches. Not only did I kill one, the people before us left smashed roaches on the walls. I should have asked for a refund and left, but I was too tired after hours of driving. I'm still upset days later. Guess Wyndham doesn't care about their reputation.

As a former manager of a hotel, the beddings weren't changed. There was spots of blood on the mattress. The housekeeping were incredibly rude. I wanted the sheets changed and I was informed by the housekeeper "You better change the beddings because, I'm not." Wouldn't recommend. Spend more money on a better hotel.
