This reservation was made without a credit card so the question of virtual card does not arise. Front Desk clerk was doing the right thing by asking you to pay before check in . As per Expedia reservation this reservation was on " Hotel to collect payment " basis. Please sort it out with Expedia if you made paid them directly

We serve Continental Breakfast which includes Coffee, Tea , Orange juice and milk.Apples, Bananas and oranges,Bagels ( Plain & Blueberry ) , Bread , Waffles and PancakesAt least 6 different type of cereals . Breakfast timing - 6.00 AM - 9.00 AM

Thank you for your feedback. "Ace Exterminating Co Inc " are our Pest control experts and will vouch for the fact that our Hotel has no rats. They routinely spray chemicals to keep our Hotel free from pests that you mention. Secondly the Lobby is open 7.00 AM - 11.00 PM Thirdly all room have bathrooms which have toilet paper, bath towels , hand towels and other toiletries.

Thanks for your feedback. As per our records you stayed in Room 205 for 4 nights and during this entire duration there are no complaints registered in Front Desk Log Book. If the Room had so many issues why would you stay for nights ? For your information the entire Front Hallway is non smoking . Besides you trashed the room at the end of your stay and it will take us at least one week of deep cleaning to get room in order .

Thank you for your feedback. As the Hotel has two Floors, lower and upper floors, the need for elevator access is not required. We could have offered you a room on the lower floor

Thank you for your feedback . We did not understand what you meant about bringing a sleeping bag. The guests who are now occupying the same room seem pretty happy and satisfied.
