This is a first floor unit inside of a condo building located on 30th Ave N. Easy covered garage parking. No pets allowed, sorry.

The 30th Ave Lofts building is made up of about 40 condo units, all privately owned and mostly used as short term rentals. Guest parking for booked reservations is available on the street out front of the main entry, or in either of two covered parking garages accessible from alleys surrounding the building. Communal lobby with comfy seating to wait on your Uber / Lyft ride :) -- mailbox access available for longer term stays.

Within the Parthenon Pad condo, you will enter into an open floor plan living room and eat-in kitchen (fully stocked). Granite counters and window sills, stainless steel appliances, tall ceilings, private laundry, and an en-suite full bathroom within the bedroom.

Guests are provided with coffee, soaps, paper products, and most all utensils and dishes needed for cooking / eating.

Digital lock entry. Code(s) provided approx 72 hours prior to arrival.

Full private access to the condo, free garage parking, and access to communal lounge within the building.
