Great location, great space
Loved the location of this home, easy walk to gulch (5 mins) and Broadway (30 mins). Always felt safe even when walking back late at night. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The home had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 7 women easily. We could be together when we wanted to or have quiet time to ourselves if needed. The rooftop patio and the living room were our favorite places to hang out. All in all a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a return Nashville trip.

Reunion for 8 Women Turning 70
We had a fabulous time at this property. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We had trouble with the code system to get into the unit so be sure to get proper instructions there. The local manager was very nice and helpful. The kitchen is well supplied but could use more silverware and a serving table. The unit is in a good location and not in the heart of the action, which we preferred. We were able to walk to Broadway in about 30 minutes and to 12th Ave S shopping area in about 40 minutes.

50th birthday with friends
The home was perfect for us. Very comfortable and spacious. Enough bathrooms for nine women! Beds were very comfortable. Deck space was nice as well. Safe Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and short car ride to Broadway. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Beautiful Nashville Home
Had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful home. Location was very convenient with a short drive or walk to downtown and other places we visited. Although we were just one couple staying this time, this house is definitely roomy enough for several other couples to stay and for each to have privacy and their own bathrooms. Especially loved the kitchen and the overall decor of the home. The gameroom was fun, but was a bit disappointed at the lack of comfortable seating--one of the chairs was broken and in the garage, and several bar stools were wobbly. Also the garage code we were given did not work which was a minor inconvenience. Overall rating is about 4.8.

Annual Nashville group trip
As the host of our group trip, pressure was on to finding the best house and location. This one was perfect, it had all the wants and needs for our group. Everyone loved it and the location was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Very comfortable home with enough room for eight guests. Beds were so comfortable with nice amount of bathrooms. Loved the 2 roof top decks. Nice location walkable to downtown area. Would stay at this property again

House was awesome. Game room and house layout really made the trip fun. Neighborhood was nice and 20 minute walk to broadway. Only issue we had was 4 of our beds were not cleaned underneath properly and oven smoked when turned on from left over grease at bottom. Overall we would rent again.

Celebrating 40
We loved our stay! The property was very nice! The beds were all very comfortable and the space was awesome for our group. We were able to take a short walk to The Gulch to have dinner and an Uber ride was not expensive to downtown Nashville. The only thing I would recommend is that check out instructions be given. We didn’t know where to put the trash as there were no trash bins available.

We celebrated my daughter’s upcoming wedding with family and friends. We loved the rental. It was very modernly decorated and had plenty of space to spread out. Broadway was in walking distance or just a short Uber ride. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Perfect house to experience Nashvile
This home is as it is advertised, very comfortable, and accommodates many. We enjoyed walking and seeing sites during the day and making meals and sipping a glass of wine at night at the house.
