Dit geweldige, chique maar toch warme en gezellige huis in Nashville staat voor u klaar! Gelegen op slechts enkele minuten van het centrum van Nashville! Beklappende ingang, volledig gerenoveerd met ongelooflijk ontwerp. Dit slimme huis heeft veel details en zal iedereen verbazen
Van je vrienden en familie. Het heeft een prachtig kunstwerk en een eersteklas inrichting door het hele huis. Belangrijker nog, met slechts een paar minuten lopen van het huis is er een GRATIS bus die ophaalt en wegbrengt van en naar het centrum van de binnenstad van Nashville! GRATIS! Laten we de bijnaam "Mini Taj Mahal" zijn als uw thuis weg van huis!

Bradley is very responsive. House smelled very good. Only downfall is Window unit A/C couldn't keep up with the 95 degree weather and house was warm. Thank you for your the accommodations. Overall good place to stay.

An awesome host

Bradley took really great care of us. He made sure that everything we needed was taken care of and quickly fixed all issues. His communication was helpful and timely. I would definitely stay with Bradley again if given the opportunity.

Nashville Trip

The house is very well decorated and very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. A couple of things to point out are the kitchen is not stocked with enough silverware (only 3 forks) and there are no coffee cups or wine glasses. Not anything that would stop us from staying again but it was a little inconvenient. The only other thing to mention is the house is right by the University and there is a building directly across the street that has plumes of steam coming out of it which is very loud. You can’t hear it from inside the house but it makes a quiet peaceful evening sitting outside impossible. Again nothing that would stop us from staying again but it probably should be mentioned in the house description. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Stressfree unexpected last minute changes

I cannot accurately review the property as I did not actually stay there. I received a message from the property manager 3 days before our visit that we would be unable to stay at his property due to recent storm damage. I was then told that he booked 2 rooms for me at the Sheraton Grand downtown hotel. This worked out perfectly as we were visiting town to attend a concert at the Ryman. We were able to conveniently walk to our venue. The rooms were very nice. I would not hesitate to book a future stay here as I know I would be in great hands. Bradley took good care of us and the weekend was a success.

A great bachelor pad with pizzazz!

This little cottage has a lot of great decor…it is so interesting to look at, beyond the pictures you see on VRBO…from an oversized tile Mozaic mirror to great quotes from and pictures of famous artists/places to a tasteful use of matched framing and creative ceiling tiles in the sunroom! The beds were comfy and the cooling units make a consistent white noise that make for a fantastic night’s sleep! It could use some feminine touches…a full set of flatware, more than two coffee mugs, a hair dryer and some nicer bathroom products. Outstanding bachelor pad conveniently located!!

Amazing Place so Beautiful

This place was amazing! It was exactly as pictured and smelled so good! It was very clean and in a great location. This home was a dream to stay at and the owner was so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be staying again next time in Nashville! I loved it so much I didn’t wanna leave :)

A spot of calm in a very busy week.

We were in Nashville for our son's graduation from Vanderbilt and had plans for many functions. The house was beautiful and it felt like a home away from home right from the first day. As we were unloading the car the neighbors next door were on their front porch, smiled and waved to us. Then they walked over and introduced themselves, said if they could be any help let them know, and wished us a great stay. I've stayed at a lot of home vacations spots, and this is the first time we were welcomed by the neighbors. There was plenty of room in the house for the four of us, except the kitchen was a little small. We ate all meals out so this wasn't really a problem. We needed more towels and let Bradley know. We came back from our son's graduation ceremony and their was a big stack of new fluffy white towels on the table. It couldn't have come at a better time. The owner was very accommodating which really helped take the stress off our busy schedule. Thank you Bradley for providing this house for us during a very busy week. .

Cute place, priced right

Good overall - owner was responsive, nice touches like coffee and bottled water provided. Beds not the most comfortable and kitchen missing some basics - however we went out most of the time anyway so not a big issue. Nice to have a small house vs. staying in hotel. Plus free shuttle to downtown only a couple of blocks away.
