'We were impressed with our stay. CiCi was so helpful and pleasant at check-in. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The only minor issue was the sound of the air conditioner. We will definitely stay again. '

'We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. I’m glad to reuse our towels but not if they have to be scrunched into a cubby. There need to at least be hooks in the bathroom. I also noticed there is no disposal in the kitchen sink, if that...

'The room was clean. Service was friendly. Location is good. '

'Room was filthy, and the entire building past the lobby is falling apart (including the room - faucet was leaking, toilet paper roll was broken). Woke up in the morning to literal bugs crawling on the desk. I had to just stay for a few hours as a place to crash and frankly, I would have rather stayed in my car for $250/night. Told the front desk staff on checkout (which was as fast as humanly possible) and got a shrug and nothing else. If I could give this place negative stars I would.'

'Econolodge is a budget hotel (in spite of the 150 pn) and the rooms were clean, sufficient towels. The householdstaff was friendly, the bathroom clean. There was a microwave and a fridge. We were very satisfied in spite of the noise of the ac which we switched off. At a ten minutes walk there is a good Stop n Shop'

'Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

'clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them.'
