    Panorama is een uniek gelegen villa aan de oceaan op slechts 2 minuten rijden van Cable Beach, restaurants en winkels! Panorama is ontworpen voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar het comfort van een groot resort, maar die ultieme privacy en vrijheid wensen die condo-complexen of hotels NIET bieden. Ja, voel je vrij om alles rond te hangen bij Panorama! Uw groep zal deze prachtige villa aan de oceaan bezetten die op een privéterrein van 1/4 hectare ligt. De grote privé-achtertuin strekt zich uit van de moderne woon- en eetkamer tot de warme turquoise Bahamaanse wateren. Panorama is geschikt voor maximaal 14 personen en uw groep wordt verwelkomd om te feesten, te ontspannen en te genieten van de avontuurlijke rotswand, de prachtige lagune met beperkte toegang voor het publiek en het nabijgelegen strand van Delaporte (2-3 minuten lopen buiten de accommodatie). De dagelijkse zonsondergangen bij Panorama zijn absoluut adembenemend en het is extreem eenvoudig om urenlang te snorkelen, aangezien het uitnodigende rif achter Panorama zich uitstrekt over duizenden vierkante meters op de blauwe oceaanbodem. Als je geluk hebt, kun je ook een handje vissen vanaf de rotsen :-). Wij nodigen u uit om familie, vrienden te vermaken en herinneringen te creëren bij Panorama.

Just the perfect location to enjoy St John, which can be done with or without a car. Easily walk to 20 local bars and restaurants, taxis to the popular beaches, and the grocery store. Just the perfect place to unwind and enjoy st John

Very clean, great air conditioning (controllable to different temperatures in each room, which is helpful). Secure (property is gated) and walkable to bars and restaurants, plus a great beach. Highly recommend Lamont, a driver with a sprinter van, kept luggage for us, punctual and great knowledge of the area. Would absolutely stay again.

Like being in your own personal resort. Great Lounge area, plenty of space to have communal meals( 9 of us). Had access to personal driver, Lemonte, and chef Denaldo. Snorkeling directly from property and great sea glass hunting at beach. Far enough away of hustle bustle and traffic downtown but only minimal drive to get everywhere. Great experience and the Oasis Ocean 7 boat charter was fantastic.

Completely as advertised. Errol was immediately responsive. Highly recommend using Lamont as a driver for a large group. Absolutely perfect location. All the different seating spaces made it a great hangout place as well.

A great trip with great friends made better by a great location

This was a trip for 5 adult couples looking for some down time to relax. The location and accommodations were perfect and just as described. Lamont, our driver for the week and Errol, the host were great to work with and we would suggest this location to everyone.

Perfect wedding retreat

This property was the perfect location for a wedding and family gathering. The location was great, the views were amazing and the house was great. The available driver made getting our large group around the island with ease. This property made for a perfect wedding week!

Host was ok, sometimes didnt answer questions of house amenities and it was hard to know what to pack. Felt like the beach was significantly misrepresented. Snorkeling was definitely not an option.

The oceanfront location is phenomenal. There is actual caves you can crawl through and reach the limestone cliffs that meet the sea. The waves crash and spay you at high tide. It is completely private, but you can walk across the limestone to a chill public beach, where locals play basketball, run their dogs, fish and play with their kids. The choices of great food within walking distance include fresh fish, sushi, sports bars, burger shacks, and very good coffee. We have never stayed at the same vacation home twice, but I could be tempted to go back.

Beautiful vacation getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at the house and it is an amazing relaxing property. They set us up with a driver for large groups (we had 16 total with other families staying nearby) and were very receptive to our needs. We’ll definitely be keeping this house in mind when we come back! Thank you!

Perfect family spot

As a family of six that stayed a week we loved the place. The layout is unique with plenty of bedrooms and beds. The lagoon area, ocean access and pool were amazing. Walking distance to Sandyport shops and dining. Lamont (driver) and Denaldo (chef) were both great. We’d happily go back and do it all over again.

Family & Friends 2025

Party of 16 with family and friends. Had such a good time staying and Panorama. Wish we would have booked longer here than going over to Atlantis. Well stocked kitchen, no spices though. Bathrooms in all the bedroom but 2. Lots of space. Outdoor area was amazing. You can swim and snorkel right from the front yard. The driver Lamont was amazing, he went out of his way to make sure we got around the island. He was definitely a highlight to our trip. Thank you for having us, we would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding!

Me and 6 friends stayed at this beautiful ocean front villa and we will forever remember the great times we had here. Do not hesitate to book! Communication with Errol was quick and easy. His chef recommendation was incredible! His tour recommendation was also amazing. Everything about this place was excellent. The rooms were clean, plenty of space, the air conditioning was great in every single room. No complaints at all! We will definitely recommend friends and family to book with Errol in the future.

Dealing with Manager and all his suggested contacts (shuttle, chef, maintenance) were all excellent with their work and contacting. House in general was difficult getting use to; where stairs are located and how they are built at angles, stairs and loft areas how to negotiate, find switches and what they controlled, etc.

Trujillo/Valdez post Christmas Family Vacation 2024

The property was exactly like what the photo's show on VRBO. The house was very spaciou. The driver (Lamont) was fabulous! This trip was very memorable! Suggestion - pick up lobster from the vendor that is located near the house (best lobster we've ever had), take public transportation when you can. We met a lot of wonderful, friendly locals during our exursions. Visit Breef and go snorkling (yes, this is the correct spelling) and see the large sculpures under water. Charter a deep sea fishing excursion it was amazing!

Awesome place

Beautiful view of the ocean! We had a family of 10 (all adults) and the house was large enough to accommodate all of us very well. The owner was very nice and was very helpful getting us reservations with our boat tours. Our driver Errol recommended (Mr.Nixon) was very knowledgeable of the island and where to go and what to do. He was on time to pick us up each and Every time. I would highly recommend using Mr Nixon for transport… it was very private place but could go to the resorts and spend the day there and then return back to house for peace and quite. If you are looking for a true Bahamas experience this is the spot to go! Thank you to Errol and Mr. Nixon for a wonderful time!

Belle maison avec possibilité de loger 20 personnes. Bien située à coté de très belles plages de sable blanc et de coins de snorkeling. Des travaux a effectuer dans plusieurs chambres , car certaines douches ne fonctionnaient pas ainsi que certaines climatisations.Les fermetures de certaines portes et du portail sont à revoir. Usées et fragiles. Pas de gaz au niveau de la gazinière. Nous avons du appeler afin qu'une personne vienne changer la bouteille. Et , dommage mais réveillés par les chiens du voisin qui aboient assez souvent et à 7 heures du matin.

The Villa was a great place for a peaceful retreat, and have lots of fun as a family.

Our family converged on the Villa to celebrate my youngest son's 30th Birthday! We enjoyed our time together and had lots of fun! Thank you Errol and Dannon. I'm sure if we needed it, Dario could surely have assisted us to arrange whatever we would have needed. Everything seemed to flow well and we appreciated the extra help that we got at the end of our stay when we couldn't go home due to snow storm Jonas. I think that the Villa offered a little bit of everything for everyone. We also liked that we were close to the bus line and could grab that into town whenever we needed it. Having adult children that wanted to do different things at different times, the bus gave everyone that freedom. I would recommend this wonderful vacation home to anyone for any occasion!!

Our family had a wonderful week at this villa. The highlight was undoubtedly the massive sandy backyard—which kept the kids entertained for hours collecting shells—and the incredible ocean views.The Hosting: Errol is a fantastic host and very well-connected. He set us up with professional drivers and excursions that were top-notch. His staff member, Stanley, was also incredibly responsive; when we needed extra kitchen items or towels, he brought them over immediately.Points for Improvement:• Safety: We noticed a couple of maintenance issues that need attention: the pool was missing a drain cover, and the concrete walkway leading down to the water has collapsed with some metal rebar exposed. Because of these, we didn't take the kids into the pool or down to the water's edge, though they were perfectly safe and happy playing in the sandy yard.• Transportation: I’d recommend renting a car for large groups. While the house is right on the jitney line, the nearest grocery store is a 20-minute walk, and the bus can be a bit unreliable for food runs.• Amenities: The Wi-Fi doesn't quite reach the bedrooms, and the kitchen is "essentials-only" (though the host is happy to bring items if asked). Some of the beds are also due for an update.Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a team that truly cares about your stay. With a few safety repairs and furniture updates, it would be a 5-star experience!

Weekend stay at Panorama

I highly recommend staying at Panorama Villa, the ocean front space is absolutely beautiful. My entire family was able to fit perfectly and everyone enjoyed the property. We cooked family dinners some nights, and were happy to find plenty of dishware for cooking and serving. The host, Errol, was very friendly and easy to work with. He also had the caretaker, Stanley, welcome us upon arrival to show us the place and provide check-in instructions. Stanley was also a phone call away whenever we had questions. Lastly, I’ll share that I also used the space for my wedding! I had the vision of a backyard wedding and actually read through previous reviews on here where others discussed having small weddings at Panorama. I also saw pictures on Instagram of those weddings and was totally sold on the idea. So not only is this an amazing spot to stay for vacation, but to host events as well!
