Need a step stool to get in - it looked like two box springs where stacked, plus the mattress on top. I'm 5'2" and ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband who is 5'8" ended up sleeping on the floor.'

'I was staying here on my way to Chicago. I travel for work and have for many years. I’m very genuinely low expectation bc I have my own routine. I wasn’t expecting the four seasons. I knew what I was signing up for. However, when I called the same day as check in and asked the manager on duty if I could please just stay for a second night I was told oh yes that’s totally fine no problem. The next day I work up early and then took a nap bc I was feeling very sick. Over the course of 2 hours...

'The property was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very courteous and attentive to all our needs. We were traveling with our puppy and the space provided for pets was a path with grassy areas which was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.'

'The staff was very pleasant. My room was very clean and quite a large suite. And it was cleaned when we returned. The breakfast was good, but just remember to ensure the oatmeal stays warm, it was cold. Everything else was fresh. I would definitely stay there again. '

'Pros: Clean room & friendly staff Cons: floor above us squeaked so every time the people above us walked around in the middle of the night it woke us up, tv in bedroom had no cable so unable to use, smoke detector was like a strobe light over the bed which was very annoying when trying to sleep. Would opt for somewhere to stay next time '
