'The room was nice, clean and updated - breakfast was a nice touch. But this hotel is incredibly loud. We stayed 5 nights and every single night we battled with excessive noise, doors slamming, loud hallways etc. I understand the staff have little control over its guests, but there was no effort made. We have young children and our stay was exhausting due to the excessive noise and disrespect of others. One other note is the elevator - there’s only one and it’s very slow, and always packed....

'Definitely not the safest area of town but not the worst either. Parking was secure which was good. Place is rundown and room was in need of serious deep clean in bathroom. When plugging in a charger, found garbage behind the bed. Beds on the other hand were great, very comfortable and clean. Could not control the temperature in the room with the thermostat, was so warm we had to turn on the a/c which while noisy worked great. '

'Rooms were bright and clean, well furnished with towels, soaps and lotions Had difficulty with the TV options. Only knowledgeable with cable systems. Lots of streaming options. '

'Hallways smell very strongly of perfume. Entered room, it smelled musty. It eventually disapated. Beds comfortable. High traffic noise. Not enough plates and utensils for 5 in suite. Only for 2. Price was a little high. Over 300 for a Friday night. First day, got locked out of our room for an hour because keys didnt work Zero compensation for the trouble.'

'Mooi hotel net buiten het centrum dat goed te bereiken is met openbaar vervoer,in het hotel is een restaurant waar men met live muziek kan dineren,kamer zijn schoon alleen jammer dat geen gelegenheid is om even buiten te zitten.'

'Loopafstand van downtown. Kamer prima,fijne bedden en zeer schoon. Personeel receptie vriendelijk. Personeel restaurant onprettige benadering,tafel in achteraf hoekje naast bar is niet echt sfeervol tafelen met alle werkgeluiden om je heen.'

'Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '

'Close to the harbor and very scenic area. Bathroom light stayed on our whole trip. Could have nicer bed covering and sheets. The elevator scared us every time. we even took a video of the loud noise and thump when the doors were about to open .A little work on the property and a carpet cleaning would help.'

'Hotel is wat gedateerd, maar keurig netjes, goede bedden en het belangrijkst, op loopafstand van centrum en Fisherman’s wharf. Goede parkeerruimte'

'Prima hotel, redelijk ontbijt (al kregen wij 2 dagen geen warm ontbijt ivm kooktoestel stuk, dat is te lang. Moet snel gerepareerd worden) ruime kamer. Prima badkamer. En op zeer korte loopafstand van de haven en bezienswaardigheden.'
