'We enjoyed 4 nights in a charming, delicious, homely place with a kind and respectful attitude towards its guests. The prices are very affordable and the location is excellent. The hotel has 14 guest rooms. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and there is no pool. The rooms are not large and the furniture is simple, but in our opinion the wonderful attitude and the food are much more important. Definitely recommend a visit!'

'The hotel is really nice and the location is even better. Huge territory for nature walks by the river. Definitely get the breakfast buffet - the food is amazing. '

Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. 'Mtserlebi Resort is located in a small village that is calm, clean and safe. The resort rooms were very clean and completely equipped with toiletries, coffee pods, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. There was 24 hr hot water supply.
The views from this resort are stunning. They have a small but very informative museum with-in the resort. They have plenty of place to walk, large indoor and outdoor pool, play area for children, open bar and a fire place. Staff were very friendly.'

5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels.

we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...

'This is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first.
Positive: Nice mattress
Negative: Everything else...
- It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms. We had men next to us who were extremely noisy.
- The bedding solution is not good with sheets that are uncomfortable and there is one blanket that good for...
