'My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the   famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my...

'Excellent stay!! Very unique experience, highly recommend coming here. Staff was fantastic, and the full day safari is worth it!'

'we enjoyed our stay. too bad there wasn't one vegetarian meal option available in the restaurant. besides that we had to wait very long (more than 90minutes) for a simple lunch meal. very clean rooms, friendly staff.'

'By far the most pleasant stay in Sri Lanka this far and considering the standard of hospitality in Sri Lanka this hotel was exceptional. The staff could not be more amazing. We stayed two nights and certainly wish we stayed longer. 10/ 10 would recommend'

'Very friendly and efficient manager, beautiful outlook, sadly we could only stay one night. Beds were a bit hard for us, but plenty of very hot water for the shower. In at 4:30pm out at 5:00am for Yala Safari. '

'I stayed here over night after safaris in Yala, The room was very spacious & looked beautiful, however there was no hot water so the shower was cold. I woke covered in bed bug bites. This significantly impacted my holiday. I was also required to spend time locating pharmacies and purchasing treatment products and medication. I attempted to notify the staff in the morning, however there were no staff available despite walking around the building. I reported these issues. Unfortunately, the hotel...

'Great stay! Very clean!'

'Excellent Stay at Jade Green Hotel, Hambantota I had a wonderful stay at Jade Green Hotel, Hambantota. The hotel is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious with a good variety, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The overall atmosphere...

'Don't trust the hotelmanager. One day before arrival in the hotel, we received an email, saying that due a maintenance issue our booking had to be relocated to another hotel, which would provide the same level of service. However, looking on internet we found many disappointing reviews for this hotel. After a many phone calls we did not receive a satisfying response to our request for a suitable alternative. We decided to go to the hotel to have a conversation with the hotel manager. However,...
