'This home is AMAZING! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group. There were two families (eight people total) with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The AC is cold (huge bonus) and the decor is beautiful. The pool and slide were the main attraction for the kids! It is SO close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio so plenty of restaurants, activities, bars, grocery stores, etc. SUCH a great location. 'We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...

'This was a 10 out of 10 place for so many reasons:- Mefi the concierge was fantastic, from months before our trip to our last day. He arranged great transportation from SJO, to Jaco, and back to SJO. He found great tours for good prices. In short, he made our trip seamless and fun. 'Can’t say enough good things about this property and the team taking care of it. Great location, great surroundings, clean, gorgeous pool, just A all around. Also saw monkeys and other wildlife daily from the back porch. Only thing is it’s at the end of a very steep hill so if you are limited in walking take that into consideration but we walked it daily to eat at the restaurant at the top of the hill and felt like we walked off all the bad things we put in our body all week. 'This house has it all: an incredible view of the Pacific, privacy, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and amenities. The outdoor space is breathtaking. The first day we stayed, we saw a monkey in the trees and toucans on the branches. We also spotted a hungry iguana and a mama deer and her baby. The house was incredibly clean, and the beach items were so helpful! (Beach bag, boogie boards, etc.) Also, they have binoculars which we used daily to watch for wildlife! 'We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?'

'Our stay at Casa Seabreeze was amazing. From the location to the views, rooms sizes, and all was truly a one of a kind experience. You will be able to enjoy nature to is max potential. Will is your host and will guide you into different activities for the family like ATVs, Rafting, Water Falls great restaurants and more. We will definetly be back. 'Our stay was terrific - waking up to the sounds of the howler monkeys followed by layers of bird songs was amazing! We loved our compact apartment that provided everything we needed. Having access to buses, taxis, beach routes was great. So much diversity all in one place. The Manual park tours is a must along with Finca Rocio coffee and spice tour. Both made our stay that much more culturally enriching!'

'Beautiful property with everything you need! With all the 5-star reviews, you might be wondering if they delete reviews that are not 5, however I can assure you that is not the case. The location is perfect for walking to Manual Antonio shops (it is uphill), the pool was wonderful, and the house had absolutely everything we needed (no need to buy toilet paper, trash bags, soap, or anything like that). 'Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. '

"Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteit eerlijk gezegd een beetje tegenvallen. Ik had gedacht dat het hotel in een rustige omgeving zou liggen, maar onze kamer lag vlak naast de weg , waar ook een restaurant zat met hele dag muziek tot 21:00 uur. Kamer had verder een slechtsluitende deur, geen stopcontacten naast het bed en de stopcontact van koffemachine deed het niet. Er waren verder ook veel positieve dingen hoor, zoals een fijne warme douche, gratis kluisje, koelkast en een mooi zwembad. Ook het eten bij het restaurant van het hotel (50 m verder) was top. "
