'Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg betrokken. Ze checkten regelmatig bij ons in en deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen en ons te verwennen. Ze waren oprecht geïnteresseerd en er was veel persoonlijke aandacht.
