'It was pleasing stay'

'Room was very good. The shower, hot water perfect. The chicken curry was perfect. My only suggestions are1. Must put a mat in the bathroom, as older persons such as I am, are likely to slip and fall. '

'Stayed at the Serai Kabini for just one night but truly enjoyed every minute. Beautiful resort with fantastic, landscaped gardens. Joined both the afternoon as well as the early morning boat safari. As predicted by the ranger, the afternoon safari was fantastic with many elephant sightings. The early morning safari, even though it was beautiful on the river, was less successful in terms of seeing animals. 'Hotel, ambiance, location etc is excellent. So a stopover for a few days is very recommended. Safari-options however are not clear and insufficient supported. It seems that it is handled by "goverment busses" while other lodges have acces to private vehicles (Jeeps) which can come closer to the wild animals.'

'It is overpriced for the location and amenities. While the room and the bathroom was clean the room did not have a kettle with tea and coffee powder.'

'I had booked this room for my father . When they reqched the hotel, the caretaker told him that no payment or booking had been received. After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . They told my father that a room wasn't available and asked my father for a 1000 Rs deposit for another room. My dad refused to pay any further sum, and informed them that if they did not arrange another room or refund the paid amount he would apporach the police . They...

'The Stay surprised me very pleasantly. Apart from a slight delay with staff responding to requests, everything else was top notch. The breakfast spread was scrumptious and views from the room soothes your soul. Highly recommended!'
