'I had a great time at this hotel. They were kind to accommodate me and let me check in very early at 9am. All the staff were really kind and helpful, as well as hard working. The management were also keen to check that customers were happy and comfortable. Very nice room too'

'This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness'

'We arrived in a late flight with delays and lost luggage for the first night of our stay.the staff was really nice to receive us with a smile late that night.we were offered some coffee and that was really refreshing.we had a nice large room with a clean bathroom.
The staff was really helpful in assisting us with visa extensions,travelling etc.we were given advice as to how we should start the journey by the owner.

'Hotel lijkt niet op foto's, is zeer verouderd. Grote kamer, groot bed maar daar houdt het wel bij op. Bij aankomst (ik was misselijk na lange reis) moesten we gelijk kiezen wat we die avond wilden eten omdat de chef weg moest. Restaurant was gesloten, leek wel een spookhotel. Zwembad zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Omgeving is saai, niets te doen. 10 minuten vanaf airport. Kinderen die hele nacht vuurwerk afsteken. Met creditcard betalen was niet mogelijk en wij hadden geen cash meer. Gelukkig...

'Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. '

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Cinnamon Life and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything — and I really mean everything — was excellent.
The hotel’s architecture is stunning and modern, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
Our room was very comfortable, and the cleanliness and hygiene were clearly of a high standard. Every detail felt well thought out and well maintained.
We genuinely hope that the high quality of service and standards we experienced will continue in the future. Cinnamon Life is a place we would absolutely recommend, and we would gladly return.
