'The location was excellent. Close to several restaurants and a mall. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Was nice having a good size fridge as well as microwave and dishwasher. Rooms were cleaned every other day which was fine. Would definitely stay again.'

'Parking was safe and secure, nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun!'

'No microwave inside room, I didn't have toilet tissue, no cold drinks in venting also vending needs were very expensive! But the staff was very patient while I had waited to check in wasn't rude but very informative about how to get my room deposit payed! Its ran very structured and I can respect that.. as the renovations come along the key inn stay was very comfortable and quite & cleanliness was EMACULANT!!! Ik where ill be coming to stay when I come in town on weekends!'

'Make sure you bring an extra $75 for your stay and another $150 for a exterminator for the roaches and the cleaning of the air vents of them being straight brown'

'Our stay was okay. Our king room was super small. The mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and not very cold. The towels were thin and hard. The air conditioner was extremely loud. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings.'

'It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here.'

'My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.'

'The staff were great! But the property is in rough shape; walls, furniture, floors, etc. were all in a state of disrepair. The restaurant/bar was open when it should've been and the parking was almost $40 extra. Not to mention the lobby was completely tore yp due to a water leak - which happens, but they didnt offer an apology or discount or even mention the noise would be so loud and disruptive.'

'The bed was SO HARD! I have never slept in a hotel where the bed felt like the floor. They need to update them.'

'It was close to the airport. The propane who checked us on was super nice. There were people standing around smoking or hanging around. It seemed not safe and the room was basic. The noise above us was loud talking and chairs moving all night long. We did not sleep well here'

'Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents'

'The non smoking room smell like Smoking Room, our clothes are stinky because of that. we couldn’t sleep because of the smell, not Staying there never again..'

'El personal es pésimo, no son amables, parece que te estuvieran haciendo un favor al hospedarte, me hospedé por 3 noches y cada día tenía que llevar las llaves a reactivar porque se bloqueaban y el personal se burlaba. La zona es un poco insegura, la gente que se hospeda no es confiable.'
