'I can't fault this establishment. Quick efficient check-in by Victoria who was helpful. Clean well appointed spacious rooms with all the amenities as listed. Moreblessing from housekeeping converted the sofa into a luxurious well laid bed which my daughter enjoyed. Well kitted kitchen, hot shower in the bathroom, handy office space and great breakfast nook. The only downside with this property is the lack of an elevator. Lugging suitcases up and down the stairs was not fun. Also be careful when...

'My phones and money were stolen during the night,the owner did not do anything about it they did not communicate or show remorse rather i was neglected to deal with my loss on my own,no security cameras or a guard around the place at night.Staff is not proffesional.'

'Good location, very friendly staff and fast internet. That's the good part. The furniture in the room is however designed to be as uncomfortable as possible, and the bed is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture ever invented. The curtains are not of the blackout type as advertised, quite the opposite really. The room is not a good value for money, but then again nothing in Zimbabwe is, except for the Chop Chop restaurant which you can find two blocks from the hotel.'
