'Love this place'

'Beautiful hotel and the staff very helpful and nice. Stayed at the Bronte for the third time now end every time warm welcome. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. '

'Good location, very friendly staff and fast internet. That's the good part. The furniture in the room is however designed to be as uncomfortable as possible, and the bed is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture ever invented. The curtains are not of the blackout type as advertised, quite the opposite really. The room is not a good value for money, but then again nothing in Zimbabwe is, except for the Chop Chop restaurant which you can find two blocks from the hotel.'

'Heb hier gelogeerd gedurende een business trip. Wifi OK in de kamers. Netjes. Maar boeking via een online booking is noodzakelijk; scheelt ongeveer 30% in prijs.'

'The facilities of the Palace Guest House are okay, yet the place was very dirty and nobody had any intention to clean. '

'Site states it provides free shuttle to and from airport. But staff will try and chest you for 35 usd each way .. in cash ... Had to waste hours with Expedia still site refused tunyil I ask for charge machine and a recite. Too which they finally agree to derive.. do not trust or book. '

'I was not able to stay here. The hotel was not where it said it was and did not exist. I tried to contact Expedia but just got circular bot garbage and disconnection. Finally Expedia just ghosted me. Never did they offer any other accommodation or my money back. And once disconnected, even though they knew definitively I could not stay there, it was though my problem vanished, and they made no further effort to compensate me in any way. I want my money back and I don’t think I’ll ever use their...
