'Good location, very friendly staff and fast internet. That's the good part. The furniture in the room is however designed to be as uncomfortable as possible, and the bed is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture ever invented. The curtains are not of the blackout type as advertised, quite the opposite really. The room is not a good value for money, but then again nothing in Zimbabwe is, except for the Chop Chop restaurant which you can find two blocks from the hotel.'
