'Great Restaurant! Fun and friendly atmosphere.'

'Great location, super helpful. My main concern is related to elevators. When we arrived the parking garage guest elevator was not functioning. We used the staff elevator which was fine, but it was concerning to me later. The main door to the hotel requires a key to access which is great for security, but by using the staff elevator I realized it does not require a key. Anyone can walk in off the street, enter the staff elevator not far from road, without a key and access all floors of the hotel...

'It’s nicely renovated but we did not like that the shower was see thru from the bedroom. Also there were 3-4 small moth type things flying around that we had to kill with a towel.'

'The rooms were updated and clean. The staff was the friendliest staff in any casino I have ever been too. Amazing management leading to happy employees.'

'We had a room on the street side. It was noisy but because the air-conditioner worked well, it helped drown out the noise. The gal at the front desk was AMAZING! I wish I would've gotten her name! She recommended different places to eat and was very helpful with directions. The room was clean although the shower could use some updating. There is also no coffee pot and only two pillows on the queen size bed. I would stay here again.'

'The bed was missing a sheet when we got there. Room was clean but hallways were dirty. Vagrant and drug use in the parking lot. Glad I had a Nevada CCW permit.'

'On 1st morning after arrival turned on bathroom sink which immediately flooded the entire room. We used all towels and bath mat to contain water. Sink trap had been repaired with tape. Maintenance responded quickly and repaired. Although numerous trips to front desk were made requesting housekeeping they never showed up. I got towels from front desk myself and they told me to throw wet towels out on the patio. 2nd day made 5 trips to front desk still no housekeeping. On 3rd day room was smelling...

'The elevators suck. Had to wait 10-15 minutes a few times. Unacceptable'

'It’s pretty much certified as a drug den, people everywhere on something. Upon checking in, the two ladies were so rude to me. The second I turned around to leave there were 5 cop cars in the parking lot trying to deal with some addicts freaking out. I got in my car immediately. I slept in my car because that was just way too much OH AND THIS WAS IN A SPAN OF 15 MINUTES'

'The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.'

'We checked in at 115pm, but was charged an early check in fee that later we discovered we shouldn't have been charged it because the early check in charge is for before 12pm check ins. The room was good except had no microwave.'

'We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.'
