'The issue we had was we requested three times the bed linens and pillows for the pull out sofabed. We never received them. Imagine trying to sleep with nothing on the bed. This definitely left us feeling dissatisfied with the experience. '

'De ontvangst was al niet erg vriendelijk en toen we in de kamer kwamen werd het alleen maar erger. De ijskast stond open en was gaan ontdooien dus de vloer stond onder water toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptie kreeg ik wat handdoeken om het droog te maken ook groeide er paddestoelen in de kamer.'

'Property was not clean, common areas did not smell fresh room was worse. Dirty towels, marks on walls and doors. Bathroom tub looked unsanitary hot tub looked worse. Furniture scuffed. TV remote was missing and even the tv wasn’t clean! We did not stay the night. '
