'We booked this room because the hotel had a pool. Afte a long hot motorcycle ride we wanted to cool off. Upon arriving and checking we were informed the pool was closed. Hotel.com did not have this on their website. Very disappointed they we didn’t know before booking the room.'

The main hallways can use come carpet care and air freshener but for the price its a minor detail. I would recommend this place to people passing through and just need some where to sleep for the night. '

Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "
