'Wow! We hebben tijdens onze reis al behoorlijk wat vijf sterren hotels mogen mee maken, maar het Raffles staat met stip bovenaan! Fantastische aankomst, strakke en persoonlijke service en in het kader van onze honeymoon is de kamer prachtig versierd: een bos rozen, een persoonlijke ingelijste kaart, taart en wijn. 'Sehr sauber und weiche Betten, sehr freundliches Personal. Zentralmarkt und Autobus Sorya zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Vertrag mehr mit einem Motorcyle Renting wie zuvor das Zing Hotel. :-( Das war vorher praktisch. Mit dem Tuk Tuk um ca. 1$ in guten 5min zum Riverside'

'We had a wonderful stay ! We were in room 202: a spacious,clean room with a big balcony ;2 seats and a table on the balcony.Very nice to watch the people passing by. The bed was excellent and also the wifi deserves 10/10 ! The bathroom too is spacious with a big shower. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful ! In the neighbourhood are many places where you can eat/drink. I would recommend this place to all people who are going on a holiday to Phnom Penh !!! '

'I have been in many Hyatt hotels but this one in Phnom Penh is by far the nicest! Super friendly staff. Especially the manager Ratha. It has this personal vibe which exceeds over all the other Hyatts. Already the way of checking in is very nice. Great room, nice roof top bar with beautiful view over the city. Nice neighborhood. Definitely will come back when traveling to Cambodia '

'It's an Awesome hotel at a reasonable price. Every room has a balcony where you can relax have a beer and watch the crowd at the River Walk. They close roads for the river walk at night so you wont hear a lot trafgic just traditional music. It's close to everything you need. Love it here.'

'New hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Rooms even have a small balcony. There are only 5 rooms per floor, so not a lot of traffic in the halls. The rooftop pool and restaurant are fantastic with a gorgeous view of the city. A special mention is deserved by the staff, who are incredibly courteous and helpful. There was an accident during my stay with a broken waterpipe in the room next to me, which was dealt with professionally and efficiently. I do recommend staying in this place. '
