'Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.'

'Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

'12 nachten verblijf met vrouw en kind. Kamer was ruim en schoon met veilig raamkozijn op de 6e verdieping. Bedden waren goed, douche en toilet ook. Wij waren gewend dat om de paar dagen de kamer zou worden schoongemaakt met nieuwe handdoeken, toiletpapier en zeep, maar moesten dat bij de receptie zelf aangeven, het is maar wat je gewend bent. 'Really loved the layout we had a couple and a single person who had our own rooms within the room, the clean simplicity was comfortable, for the price it was a lot of amenities and we liked being able to come and go as we pleased with just our codes. There was an attendant that introduced themselves and the property was very responsive when messaging through the Expedia app throughout our stay. 'Upscale amazing stay in trendy neighborhood in Chcago. Walking distance to coffee shops, great restaurants. The amenities were beyond what I expected/ great lap pool, hot tubs, sauna steam room and amazing gym with enough equipment to do a full strength training workout. We will stay here again!'
