'Mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan maar wel een kleine badkamer met een open douche dus alles wordt drijfnat. Ook het 2 persoonsbed (denk 140x200) was heel klein voor 2 volwassenen. Maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen en dichtbij centrum, pubs en restaurants.'

'The property is quirky and has a boutique feel in a very attractive building. However the room was not well maintained with a cracked pane of glass in the window, grubby corners, badly marked paintwork. Having booked the room online and seen it - I was not advised that the room was in the attic, and that there were 2 flights of stairs to access it. the second one being very steep and narrow. If I had been given this information I would not have booked this room. The parking was good and well...

'Unfortunately we were put in a room that faces the road where there are ongoing roadworks. These went on all through the night, we gave up at 7 am and went for breakfast then headed straight home. The lorries were constantly back and forth with reversing alarms going. I have complained to premier inn but they accept no responsibility for placing guests in rooms while this work continues. Avoid Waterloo Street Birmingham for the time being.'

'Easy to find 15 a 20 minutes from the airport easy traveling. Very clean nice hotel. Control light tempature and onlock the door with your phone. Can store your stuff and bag and leave it there if your to early to check in. They have world chargers'

'Very pleasant, stylish property with excellent staff. We didn’t use any of the facilities but our room and the ambiance of the hotel were impressive. Parking at the hotel and convenient access into Birmingham on foot or by public transport.'
