'There is a nice private beach with chairs across the street that has some snorkeling. The balcony is nice. The bed is comfortable. Its a nice location to explore the entire island but you will need a rental car. The couch is too small to relax on with more than one person. The pans are borderline unusable if you want to cook. Overall it is a nice place that exceeds the cost we paid compared to other places on the island.'

'The house is conveniently located in the center of the island and makes access to tourist destinations very easy. It’s 5 minutes from Spotts Beach, 15 minutes from Smith’s Cove, 20 minutes from Seven Mile and 40 minutes from Rum Point. The house is well equipped with pots/pans, coffee/tea, seasonings and etc. They also had a first aid kit which was a godsend since someone from my group cut their foot on limestone. 'The condo and facility was fantastic. Just as advertised and how it looked in the pictures. It was off the beaten path and quiet, also as advertised. The only downfall about the location for me was that we couldn't go in the ocean right off the beach at the condo. Maybe we were there at a bad time, but it was so windy and the water was so choppy and rough, it wasn't inviting. We didn't see anyone in the water there our four day stay. 'Fantastic property. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful setting. We would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here as the walk is quite long and there’s no nearby convenient store - walking 30 minutes from the closest shop with food and water was very difficult. Could do with more instructions on how appliances work, WiFi, and taxi numbers in the welcome book as currently it just gives you restaurant and beach recommendations. '

'The Locale Is conveniently located within walking distance to Camana Bay, restaurants and supermarket. The public bus (van) transport stop is in front of hotel and is an economical alternative to taxis. The beaches are a short drive away. The hotel rooms have a clean apartment feel. Nice breakfasts are complimentary each morning. Overall I did enjoy my stay. '

'2nd time as a family visiting Grand Cayman. The condo was lovely, could maybe use a few more amenities. Low on towels, beach towels, ran out of soap etc. The beach in front of the property was scarce but nothing you can do about that, still very nice stay.'

'There is currently construction happening next door, which you can hear early in the morning. Also, unfortunately the closest beach access is a private beach area with a community who is possessive and unwelcoming. It was disappointing to learn this the hard way. The unit itself is nice. The amenities are also good. Grand Cayman is lovely. We just had better experiences on local beaches. '

'I am a single mom of twins on a budget, so obviously a trip to Cayman was something that required research. I sincerely loved and appreciated this property. It was exactly as advertised. Coral Beach is absolutely breathtaking (you are truly just steps away). You can snorkel right there! The pool was also just wonderful! I was very happy! My only comment would be to bring extra blankets.'
