'The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. '

The week we were there their ice maker was broken on our floor but you could see maintenance trying to get it fixed. They are a little slow getting their “extra fees” deposit off of your credit card. Overall, a great hotel!'

"Het hotel ligt opzich op een goeie plek. Met de auto ben je overal vrij snel. Alleen de accomodatie zelf heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. Onze kamer was netjes en schoon maar de rest van het pand is behoorlijk in verval. Het zwembad was onbruikbaar, wat ze naar mijn mening wel moeten repareren.ontbijt was heel karig en smakeloos.
