'Very clean and modern hotel with beautiful indoor pool and gym. Wish we could stay longer than a day.
But staffs especially restaurant staffs need a bit of training. Went in to have dinner and the restaurant was totally empty and two waiters were looking at their phones and didn’t pay any attention to customers. I had to go out and ask where to sit etc.
They kept talking to each other and didn’t take orders'

'This new hotel (since 2022) has a stunning pool for swimming and a decent gym. The hotel is in a very good state and the staff are very helpful. We witnessed some teething problems as the heating in our room was on full-blast and could not be turned down. The hotel offered us another room at no extra cost, where the temperature was more normal. Fortunately we did not need a quilt as the hotel only had quilts with feathers (we have allergy problems). But we hope to be back!'

"Hotel was netjes, zeer comfortabele bedden en een prachtige uitzicht. personeel onthaal was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Poets personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk.Personeel van het ontbijt ruimte kon er nog niet eens een goedemorgen zeggen. Er was een dame in het bijzonder waarvan je zag dat ze er niet graag werkte.

"Mijn recente verblijf in het Park Inn by Radisson Izmir was absoluut fantastisch en heeft al mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Vanaf het moment van aankomst werd ik hartelijk ontvangen door het vriendelijke personeel, dat gedurende mijn hele verblijf uiterst behulpzaam en attent was. Niets was hen te veel.
Het hotel blonk uit in schoonheid. De kamers waren brandschoon en comfortabel, wat zorgde voor een heerlijk ontspannen sfeer na een dag Izmir verkennen. Het is duidelijk dat er veel aandacht wordt besteed aan hygiëne en onderhoud.
De centrale ligging van het hotel is een enorme plus. Vele bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en winkels waren gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar, wat mijn ervaring in Izmir nog aangenamer maakte.
Al met al kan ik het Park Inn by Radisson Izmir van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel, schoon en centraal gelegen hotel met uitstekende service. Ik kom zeker terug!"
"One of the most Fun, Clean and different hotels i have been in my life. The location to say the least is unique by itself. Daily live Music in many different languages and styles. Lot’s of water pressure which is important for us. Only one heads up don’t rent a car. You can’t park at or around the hotel."

"Our check in was very late due to long journey . The room smelled cigarettes it was so strong and i have headaches. I have child inside! I already paid full for two days for 2adults and 1child. They gave me a room that is not the same like the pictures. It was last minute setup bed that is not made up no duvet only sheets that layers on top of it! Bed is on the floor. I told the receptionist boy on the night . At first he denied my booking was 2 adults and one child but it is clearly my booking stated that. He cant do anything more because its late and fully book hotel. Next morning at 8 am i met the Receptionist the girl and she was very rude. ( I thought she was the one who was hanged up my phone yesterday afternoon to tell my late arrival.) She denied me my room smelled cigarettes and she said no no no before i even finished speaking. And she said the rest of the room will be the same. My child and i have runny nose that morning. Finally after im insisting she said ok after 11 i will have another room ready. After that tense argument we went for breakfast. It was a dreadful breakfast. It was not tasty at all! While having a tea and digesting all the experience that morning, the room, the rudeness, the service, bad breakfast & importantly my child’s health, i decided i went out on 9 am to find another hotel nearby. I checked out one day early and I am still asking for my refund till this day!"
