'We will be booking for every stay in Columbus! We had a corner room that was so spacious, the room was clean and all we had to do was text for anything and it was taken care of! Checkout was the latest of all the hotels we've ever been at and it was walking distance to convention center! '

'My husband and I enjoyed one night at this hotel. Checking in was easy and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed. I wish we had brought our swimsuits because the pool looked lovely. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was hot, checkout was a breeze, and we would return.'

'Just don't stay here. It is not worth the money in any way, shape or form. The advertised amenities do not exist (e.g., no robes without asking, no Sleep-Well Menu, no children's menu in the restaurant). I have never felt so ripped-off after paying over $300 for one night. That said, ALL staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is good. The lobby does NOT look like the photo; it is not meant for lounging/visiting, etc. There are two unimpressive sofas, and that's it.
