'This hotels staff and management are the absolute worst individuals! I will never recommend to anyone to book at that property! I booked a room from Thursday to Sunday, my flight was delayed and I arrived 10am Friday I paid $600 for it and they cancelled my entire reservation without any regards.

'After 10 hours of traveling I get to the hotel at midnight only for the front desk to tell me they do not have a room for us. 'We went here prior to Lion’s Gate and this place was no good. It was gross and had trash inside the room, poop on the toilet seat, a used condom in the bath tub. It was nasty. It was a lot of unsavory things going on there and the bathroom smelled like marijuana due to tenant next door smoking in their bathroom it came through the vent. It was not somewhere we wanted to stay so we got a refund after less than 20 minutes. Never again at any location with this name.'
