'This place as more of an Airbnb feeling than a hotel but with extra service. We loved it for our 6-night stay. The back yard has all you can wish for (and check out the iguanas in the trees on the left hand side!) It's very private and coffee / tea and ice are available at all hours. 5-minute walk to the beach and bus stop that takes you to Eagle breach or Oranjestad. This hotel was ask we could've asked for and more.'

'My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. 'Great location just off the 'strip' in Palm Beach. Shared common area behind the apartment has an awesome pool, shade, many sitting areas. Only wish we stayed longer to enjoy more! We walked to eat at Oak and what a great place to eat! FOOD WAS AMAZING. The AC unit in the bedroom was great, the one in our living room experienced an issue while we were there. It wasn't too hot out, so we didn't track down the prop manager (called one time, no answer). Only other suggestion would be our apartment...
