She guides you about the city and you can approach her with any questions and she gets back to you right away. One of the best host I have experienced. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to old town and has lot of dining options. Mall is just across of you want any groceries or essentials. '

'The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general '

'De eigenaresse van dit hotel stond dag en nacht klaar voor ons, de service is echt fantastisch! Fijne kamers, heel schoon en de ligging in het oude gedeelte van het centrum is ideaal. De eettentjes en boetiekjes zijn allemaal op loopafstand en als je vragen hebt helpt de vriendelijke hoteleigenaresse je met alle liefde en plezier. Een aanrader!'

'The hotel was very comfortable with good air conditioning, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The best feature however was the location which was ten seconds walk from the main street and an easy walk to most of the sites. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in Sarejevo. There is free parking but the soaces are a bit tight.'
