'It was comfortable and spacious, a great deal for 2bd/2ba, with washer/dryer and everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and it included access to the Marriott gym, pool, etc. The only thing we didn't care for was the location -- there's not much around there. The other hotel district (near the Sheraton) is much livelier and a better walking/shopping area. The only good restaurants close by were in the hotel. There are some roads nearby we were told to avoid by Marriott staff. However...

'The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful'

'When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.'
