'This is a gem of a find if you want a clean and cozy spot to stay! Michael and Jo were gracious hosts and easy to communicate with. The place was PRISTINE - the photos don't do it justice! There was not a a speck of dust or a single hair in place. I was honestly shocked by how clean a pet friendly listing could be! There was also no mildewy/damp smell you so often get in properties so close to the water. There were no bugs and no dusty corners. Michael explained he used hospital grade air...

The apartment was right next to the private beach as advertised. There was adequate parking. The bed was comfortable. WiFi had a strong signal. The washer and dryer worked very nicely.'

'The cottage was so cute and just the right size. I loved the vaulted ceiling. It was stocked with just about everything you would need to enjoy your self. I would definitely book another stay!!! The only thing that would improve it would be a little A/C for those hot and humid days.'

'We were celebrating a 50th anniversary with all the kids and grandkids and had an amazing time! Plenty of room in the house to space out and a big living room to gather together. Close to so many beautiful beaches just a short drive away! The house is very unique with lots of charm. You have to go through some of the bedrooms to get to other parts of the house or other bedrooms, but it worked great for us!'

'The listing calls this a stunning oceanfront property. That is correct - Sunrises, awesome sunsets, wonderful wildlife, steps directly onto the beach. The home is charming, clean, modern, and in a great location on the Cape. I interacted with the owner several times and he was quickly responsive and most helpful.This is the way you want a trip to be. Everything was just right.'
