'Beautiful cozy cottage with breathtaking views. We loved walking down the road to meet the cows and the orange farm cat. We had everything we needed during our 2 night stay, it was a wonderful way to end our first trip to Iceland.'

'We had a quiet very nice stay on this farm/hotel. They are self equipped with water and food, they handle excellent.'

'A little bit over prized like everything in Iceland.'

'Super verblijf gehad. Het prachtige uitzicht vanuit het huisje, de netheid en de ligging voor de andere bezienswaardigheden '

'Mag n upgrade qua kamer. Restsurant prima '

'Nice place to stay'

'The room is very clean and location is great.'

'Schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, goed restaurant en top locatie voor de Midgard Tour. Dat is een echte aanrader. We hadden een familiekamer met eigen badkamer. '

'The accommodation was spacious, but had lots of room for improvement. It met the minimum standard of cleanliness (the bedding and mattresses were clean) but overall it is a worn-out farmhouse and there were bugs, cobwebs, etc. The windows could use curtains for privacy especially in the bathroom. Meeting the farm animals was fun. There are many dogs and cats as well as typical farm animal like sheep. It is probably not a good fit for people who like neat and tidy accommodations, but...

'The cottage we had was dated on the inside and gorgeous on the outside. But at the same time had everything we needed so we can still recommend this location. The shower is nice and warm and a lot of windows can open to easily air out the cottage. There is a water cooker, cooking stove, fridge, anything you may need to comfortably spend the night. The location is stunning as the view is amazing and you're in a field where we saw a group of sheep gently walking around. Parking is not a problem...

'The staff is good ,helpful . The room conditions are not so good'

'We booked this accommodation due to limited alternatives. It’s extremely expensive, even by Icelandic standards. The biggest surprise came via email after booking, advising us to take a bus. The listing mentioned a shuttle and that the place was only accessible by 4x4 or a scheduled bus with a surcharge—but it never stated the actual cost: €64 per person, one way. For four people, that would have added €512 on top of the €360 already paid—completely out of proportion. Had this been clearly...

'Fijn verblijf. Maar de beloofde mail met uitleg om in te checken (codes en sleutel) bleef uit. Veel moeite moeten doen om iemand te bereiken. Uiteindelijk contact via telefoon met een heel onvriendelijke persoon.'

'My only complaint would be the rooms are small and'

'Modern, clean, compact yet efficiently laid out private apartment. 10 minutes from the town center. Very comfortable beds. Unstaffed facility and no response to Messaging through the Expedia app, so we were unable to get extra pillows or towels. Otherwise a great base for our family of four.'
