Overall, the condo itself was fine. Great view, plenty of room, perfect for just me and my wife, not perfectly cleaned (underwear and socks left in the dresser drawer) but tidy. Our issue was the fact that we were (or at least felt like) being monitored 24/7 because our check in documents stated that we are being "monitored." Yes, they do have a doorbell camera and yes, they do monitor when you enter and when you leave. They will also watch the doorbell camera and text you when you left your own personal carry all cart by the front door for ten minutes after moving in. But having that uneasy feeling of being watched while we were inside, not a fun experience. It got to the point where we whispered our conversations while inside the unit. Also, they have a fine schedule of what it will cost you if you do this or that or lose this or don't do that. And when we told them that they didn't provide the number of beach towels they said they did and did not expect to be charged for a missing towel, their email response was short and curt. Two grown adults who have used this company before and have stayed on the same floor of the same building 4 years apart being treated like destructive college kids was insulting at best and offensive at worst.Probably will not come back to this particular management company or to this unit.
