This luxury 13th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 2 Fulls in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees may apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.

Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis.

The condo is beautiful and well appointed in our favorite Beach Colony resort. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. We did have an issue with the toaster not working which was quickly resolved by the fantastic management company. My only complaint was the lack of a streaming device for evenings/rainy days. The Blu-ray player provided was so slow we finally gave up. Not a huge issue, but it's definitely a nice to have.

Property was clean, not worn with age (some pics don’t show the age and wear on furniture). Kitchen was the best appointed that I’ve stayed in. Views and access to pool and beach were perfect. Plus, Navarre is just no that congested. Amazing stay. Also, Linda was very responsive. Will be back next summer.

Perfect condo

The condo was PERFECT! Ample amount of space inside and out on the patio! Not one negative thing to say about the condo itself. The beach is small and since the condo provides complementary chairs and umbrella, there is very minimal space to put up your own. If you want a good spot near the water, you have set up super early (by 6am). Within walking distance to the pier where there is a good restaurant and gift shop.
