Twee slaapkamers / 2 badkamers unit gunstig gelegen op de 3e verdieping met geweldig uitzicht op het strand en de Golf van Mexico. Groot balkon om te genieten van uw ochtendkoffie of uw favoriete middag bevroren drankje terwijl u de zonsondergang bekijkt. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, zodat u dat gastronomisch diner kunt maken voor familie en vrienden. Als u liever een biefstuk of hamburgers grilt, zijn er grills tussen de oost- en westtorens. Kom en geniet van het prachtige strand van Navarra ... vergeet niet alleen uw voetafdrukken achter te laten. :)

Family getaway

Not the value that we expected based on prior stays in Beach Colony. While the condo was clean it has seen better days and needs some attention to be deserving of the price that is asked. Dishwasher, bathroom faucets and drains, a better hanging rack in showers for shampoos etc, the light in the main bathroom over shower, Also, when they say bring your own spices etc, they mean it. There is not one extra item provided. The plates dont fit in the cabinet and it has to stay open. Our main toilet needed plunging for little reason and the plunger is cheapo. The sectional has seen better days. Our a/c went out also but the property manager did have a service there quickly. The internet was spotty and cause of frustraion too.While we loved our time in Navarre even though it was the week of hurricane Francine we felt our condo was less than expected and would choose another for future trips.

Grandkids Vacation 2022

My wife and I are back to Navarre, this time with 4 of our grandkids - 2 boys & 2 girls ages 9,9,7 & 6. Yrs we were brave but had an amazing time and this is our 4th on this property and did not disappoint. First time in this particular unit and was allowed on property early to enjoy pool and beach before check in which was greatly appreciated. Unit was ready early and was clean as always and layout perfect for our needs - 2 beds in 2nd bedroom for the 4 grands and king in master with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed it thoroughly and know we will be back

We had the best condo

We traveled to Navarre beach as part of our family reunion beach trip. In total, we had 10 condos at Beach Colony. We had the best one :). The Furnishings were perfect, it was roomy and fit a big chunk of us in there for dinner one night! The view was outstanding. I would highly recommend Beach Colony in general. There are less than 10 rooms on a floor, making it feel super cozy. The Beach is the perfect walking distance, it wasn't too crowded, we were able to set up our tents next to our umbrella and chair rental, which is unusual. This one is in Beach Colony West, which we all decided was better because it comes with the chair rental :). The only negative were the appliances - they seemed super fancy, but when my engineer sister and chef husband couldn't figure out the stove, we knew we were in trouble. However, we called the manager and they eventually called back with how to make it work. I would just suggest a cheat sheet for the next guest. 5-stars! If we go back to the beach, it would be Navarre at Beach Colony!

Outdated property

This property was outdated. There were stains on the rug in the dining room and on the couch. All of the appliances (dishwasher, fridge, dryer, washer) were extremely loud. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not equipped as promised (there was no skillet, only a small pan). On the day after we checked in, someone from the cleaning crew tried to get into the condo and said they thought they were cleaning there that day. The beach chairs provided were rusted and broken. For the price we paid, we were disappointed in the quality of the unit. Other units that cost the same or even less had more to offer than this unit.

Loved Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is lovely, well maintained, and was emaculate when we arrived. Excellent view. Easy access to the beach. The host was very responsive anytime we had a question. As noted in other reviews,, the dryer should be replaced as it is loud and not very efficient. It took several cycles to dry even though our loads were small. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to our friends or to book again in the future. You won't be disappointed!

condo is just as described. It is actually better than described. Needed the host due to me not reading completely an email that she had sent to me)She answered & politely responded. Very Happy With one exception

It is billed as sleeping 4 adults and two kids. There is a master bedroom with a king or queen and then a second bedroom with two full beds. Really tough to fit two adults and then two children who are 10 and 12 in that room. Thankfully we had local family and they provided a blow up mattress. Otherwise we were pleased with the accommodations and had a great time.

Fantastic Getaway

The property is very well kept as is the condo. Very nice! The only ding I can give, and it's minor, is there were a few things we had to go buy. Nothing major, but would've been nice for the condo to have been better supplied with necessities such as extra trash bags. extra toilet paper and laundry detergent. Again very minor and I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo.

Overall great stay at this beautiful property. Very safe and in a great location. The only negative was the checkout time was too early. I can see maybe 11am but 10 am is too early for checkout to be able to have time to get everything out of the condo and into the car.

Excellent Accommodations for the perfect Vacay

The condo is beautiful, clean, fully furnished, and is has an amazing view. The condo has very comfortable furniture, beds, and all appliances were in great working order. If there is one tiny thing, it is that the dryer (in the laundry room) is noisy, but easily dealt with by just keeping the laundry room door closed, so no biggie. Communication with the owner was always timely and thorough. The beach is right there and the area is so ideal for easy beach access. My family and I loved the experience and will most definitely give our business to the owner again.
