The condo suited our needs. We’ve stayed at Emerald Surf many times but first time in this condo. Nothing fancy, but good place to stay. Had everything we needed but do recommend replacing the cushions outside. They were in terrible condition. I saw someone complain about them in a review from august. We stayed in October and they’re still not replaced

Our stay was very nice. Master bed was very comfortable. Check in process very smooth. All the amenities were very nice. The sliding door to balcony would not lock, but there was a pole laid in the track to keep door from opening. Other than that everything was very good.

Our stay in this condo at Navarre Beach was fantastic! The condo was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The a/c worked great, thank goodness because we had a couple very hot days while we were there. The washer/dryer came in very handy as well. We loved having a balcony that extended to the master bedroom. It was convenient being on the first floor, we still had a beautiful view of the beach and just a short walk to the pool/beach. The boardwalk and showers were great and the pool was always perfectly clean. We also loved the little coffee truck across the street that was just a short walk away. We can’t wait to go back!

Long Weekend Getaway

This condo was a great property with great ocean views. Only complaint I have would be some of the most recent complaints about the toilets not flushing good. Other than that we loved and would definitely stay again. Just disappointed we couldn’t walk out to the beach. Doing restoration from erosion from Hurricane Sally. Felt like we were in a construction zone 24/7. And they worked 24/7.

Love Navarre

We had a great stay in Navarre. We loved the location of Emerald Surf. The condo was clean and had all amenities we needed. The condo could stand an update, the smaller bedroom needs either a ceiling fan or a portable fan as it gets warm. Toilets need to be looked at, they seem to run constantly. Please fix the gate going from the condos to the pool, the latch was not working and is a safety hazard. The condo instruction book should be updated, there is no longer a trash shoot, so we had to search for the dumpster out by the road, and arm bands are no longer needed for the pool. We will stay at Emerald Surf again, the beach is not as crowded as at the high rise condos.

Beautiful but weather didn’t cooperate

We only had 3 days. All three days was extremely high winds. We could not walk the beach, go in the water, or pool. But you can’t control the weather. We also didn’t know Navarre was a different time zone than Ruskin Florida where we came from. So we did sit in our car an hour waiting to check in. Again, not your fault.

My disappointment is immense

The door lock was frustrating and often required entering the code 3-4 times before accepting it. The shower floor is a hazard, cracked through and through and barely taped over. Feels like you're going to fall through the whole time. The unit is very outdated and items worn out: drawers literally falling out in the kitchen, pans that used to have Teflon are now so worn it flakes into your food, toaster was gross, and that air filter looked 6mos old it was so dirty. And when I called to ask about a hairdryer, I was rudly brushed off bc "that's not one of this property's amenities." Really? A beach listing with no way to dry your hair? Might sound like a first world whiner here, but for well over the cost of a hotel, couldn't you at least have the basics?

Overall pleased, kitchen need updating and floor needs mopping. Right on the beach with a pool to boot and all of the beach goers needs are there! Toys,chairs and beach towels!
