Unit #603 is a spacious beachfront condo located at The Caribbean Resort in Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island. It is located on the 6th floor and offers 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms.

Enjoy the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the condo, offering views of both the Emerald Gulf Coast and the Santa Rosa Sound.

This condo currently offers accommodations for up to 10 guests. Enjoy a King or Queen bed in one of the two master suites (one with a private balcony!). The 3rd bedroom offers 2 Queen beds (updates currently in progress), and the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, making it easy to enjoy family meals at home. For those looking to dine out, there are waterfront restaurants just a quarter mile away.

The Caribbean Resort offers free parking, beachfront hot tubs and pool, beach access, and a community charcoal grilling area (charcoal not provided).

*Bonus! Enjoy complimentary beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) through October 31st. NOTE: As we only provide one beach setup, if you need additional setups, you can contact La Dolce Vita (LDV) to make arrangements (contact details provided at the time of booking).

*Please Note: Only 2 parking passes are provided per reservation. Additional parking passes are not available. Please make other arrangements if you plan to have more than 2 vehicles in your group.

A Few Notes to Mention
*Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your hub for important (and helpful!) information regarding your stay. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with the door code, Wi-Fi, and home location information.

*From March 1 to October 31, we offer a free beach setup that includes one umbrella and two chairs. If you need additional setups, you can contact La Dolce Vita (LDV) to make arrangements (contact details provided at the time of booking).
*Heating Information for Pool/Hot Tubs
Swimming Pool: Heated for Thanksgiving Week, Dec 15th-Jan 1st, and March through Mid-April
Large Spa: Heated for Thanksgiving Week, Dec 15th-Jan 1st, and March through Mid-April
Small Spa: Heated Year Round
