BOATER`S PARADISE! Bring your boat to Navarre Oasis! This home offers a boat slip for guest use! (only $50 per day). And this home is situated in a neighborhood where you get the best of both worlds. It`s located just steps to the Gulf of Mexico and just around the corner is the boat slip that sits on the calm waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. It is also located within walking distance to dining and shops! Let this darling 4 bedroom, 2 bath home be the “oasis” for your stay.
As soon as you walk into the Navarre Oasis you will feel yourself start to unwind. The front balcony off the living area greets you with rocking chairs and other outdoor seating for a peaceful and quiet view overlooking the yard and offers glimpses of the Santa Rosa Sound. The wide-open floor plan of the living room with its many windows, comfortable furniture and coastal décor is the perfect place to enjoy time with the rest of your party watching a movie after a long day at the beach or planning the next day’s itinerary. The well-stocked kitchen is open to the living and dining areas and offers updated stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space to store all your beach snacks. The dining room has a long table that is sure to fit everybody and will be the ideal spot for seafood dinners cooked on the grill.
The wide hallway off the kitchen area houses a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator to hold your drinks or more of those snacks. The first floor bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located off the hall between the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and tv. The second guest bedroom just opposite the first one has a twin over twin bunkbed and a twin over full bunkbed with a tv and DVD player.
Upstairs you will find a bonus room with another twin over twin bunkbed and French doors leading to the upper balcony that boasts Gulf views and plenty of outdoor seating. What an amazing spot to relax in! Through the bonus room brings you to a grand primary suite complete with a roomy bathroom with a spa like walk in shower and double vanities. The Primary bedroom has more of those great windows and a private balcony of its own to relax on in the mornings with a cup of Joe. The cozy king size bed is the perfect spot to lounge in and read a book.
Getting to the beach is a breeze with a public walkover just across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood about a 2 minute walk from the home. The community pool is just across the street from the home less than a minute’s walk away. The community pier is just down the street from the home and is a great place to park your boat or throw a reel out for some wonderful fishing.
The driveway has plenty of space for two vehicles. (No parking on the street is allowed.) Come stay in Navarre Oasis and enjoy all of the amenities this home has to offer. We can`t wait to see you at the beach!

You have a gas station on Navarre Beach, but you will have to drive back across the bridge for shopping needs. There you can find a Dollar Store, Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, and a few tourist locations like Navarre Seafood Market, TC`s Front Porch, Vine Wine Bar and Shop, Shark Bite Navarre, TOMMY`S SNOBALLS, and more!
